Pleasant stay during a unpleasant time.

Pros: Location and great staff.
Location: We were there for medical reasons.
My husband underwent surgery which is why we were in NYC. This hotel was the perfect choice, location, price etc. We required two rooms. Familyembers accompanied us. The staff were fantastic. The boutique style hotel was on the mark. My husband is still talking about his halibut dinner at the Prime. Thanks to all for this life changing experience. My husband beat cancer!

Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: WiFii, maybe a gift shop too.
Location: Location was great except for the hospitals, sirens and traffic.
nice, could use a bit of upgrading. WiFi should be easier to use and included in price. There was no restaurant. recommend staying at the highest floors possible. Horns and traffic noise in the hospital district was excessive 24 hours a day. We moved to the 12th floor and it was tolerable. We had a great view.

I wouldn't stay again

The bath water was not very warm, the room was cold. I had sent an email weeks prior asking for early check-in for our room because of my arrival time. I was permitted to check in but no rooms were ready. I was told someone would call me when a room was ready...no one did.

Good situation for our visit

Lovely corner room with excellent views and plenty of space, the only negative thing was it was very noisy and the bathroom needed a bit of an update

Not impressed...sadly

The staff was friendly, but the room was in poor shape. Torn dingy chairs, windows to the room faced directly into the business center, so anyone in there saw us if we opened the curtain. But the curtain was falling apart so we couldn't open them. The wallpaper was also peeling by the window. The a/c unit barely worked so the room was stuffy all night as well. Overall it wasn't the worst place we've stayed, but next time we will look for something better. We were surprised at the poor condition of the room based on the reviews. So we were really let down.

This hotel is great location for the Medical Center and has a good price. But they dont have free wifi, the rooms are not that clean, the ac room was hot and wouldn't work properly. But the hotel staff try their best to accommodate their guests. But you have to complain a bit about everything.

Excellent location. Lower amounts of sound compared to more closer time square hotels.

Clerk upgraded my room to a king size bed at check-in. Great room and hotel which is a short walk to Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital.
