Property was clean and convenient for my family's needs while we were in Brooklyn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside, the hallways are a bit dated and dreary.

My room was clean and spacious by NY standards, daily room service was much appreciated. Very good value for the price. Downers - street noise, TV remote worked poorly (reported - not fixed), limited hot water for one day.

Overall it was well priced and a safe and clean facility with friendly staff. Parking is always a bit of a chore to find in NY but we’re were blessed to find a space about a block away! Not too bad for a last minute booking! We were very grateful! Just make sure to have your confirmation number as they had trouble for a second finding it under the name I booked it with. But I would stay here again for sure :)

The actual facility is okay but the guy who checked us in was horrible!!! At 6:30 pm our room was not ready, we paid for valet parking and when we got back to the hotel T 11:30 pm the same guy said that he forgot to mention to us that valet closes at 11:00pm and that we need to find a parking spot on the street (which was impossible) and was not willing to help I asked what am I supposed to do with my car if it gets towed? He said “I don’t know” What an awful experience we had.
