We were surprised and disappointed to see your feedback, and we can only apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. You reserved a Superior King bedded room, which are our older rooms last renovated in 2016 and are very well maintained, as our reviews attest to. We are in the middle of a guestroom renovation and are currently gutting all rooms, bathrooms, and hallways, and are approximately 70% complete. The new Deluxe rooms are 4-star quality in all aspects and a dramatic difference and upgrade from the Superior rooms, well worth the nominal 20 difference in price. Eventually, all Superior rooms will become Deluxe rooms once renovated. We are also adding an observation deck for all guests to enjoy once completed. Regarding the room you stayed in, a Superior Two full beds, for a family of 4, we recommend our Two Queen bedded room, which are larger in both bed and room sizes compared to the Two Full. Currently, we are in the middle of a total gut and renovation of all guestrooms, bathrooms, and hallways. The newly renovated rooms are now called Deluxe. Eventually, all rooms will be upgraded to Deluxe 4-star status once the renovations are complete. We are planning to finish the room renovations by late summer/early fall of 2024. If you are familiar with NYC, 99% of hotels do not offer on site parking and no where on our site or Expedia's where you reserved this, does it indicate that we do. It clearly states that we have off site parking only so not sure why you would be expecting otherwise. If anything, we are able to save our guests almost 40% off parking with the two SP public lots we work with and they are a short 1 block from the hotel.
