Had a business trip that was right across the street so huge win! Staff was outstanding! Had issue with AC, repair person arrived in less than 5 min. Hot water was arguably the fastest to come online I have ever experienced. Room is small but full amenities (free water, slippers, robes, etc). AND.. breakfast was included and was actually on par with any hotel continental breakfast. No gym, no pool, other than that, can’t recommend this place highly enough!!

The Casablanca is now my new favorite hotel in NYC! Located in the heart of Time Square, you escape into a friendly, pretty, quiet safe haven! Perfect for walking to theaters and shopping! They have a beautiful room set up, complete with snacks, with two tvs. The Continental Breakfast is also easy to access! Coffee is delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will bbe back! Oh…front desk and doormen were fabulous and so helpful! Lived the Casablanca!!!

Great hotel & staff! Second floor goodies are a super nice touch. Conveniently located, but a little noisy since it’s so close to Times Square, which is to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my fourth or fifth stay at the Casablanca, and each time I’m reminded why it’s my favorite hotel in New York City. If you’re a theater lover, the location can’t be beat, the service is impeccable, and the included continental breakfast and 24-hour drinks and snacks make the resort fee of $25 per person per day well worth it. We will be returning again and again!

Loved our stay in the Casablanca-right in the heart of the Times Square district, walkable to both Penn Station and our Broadway theater, but it's feels like an oasis. Rooms were lovely and very clean. LOVED Rick's Cafe, open 24 hours with a fireplace, lots of seating, and gratis snacks like chips, fruit, health bars, sodas, coffee & tea. Included Continental breakfast in the same space was fine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will stay there again!

The 2nd floor lounge and continental breakfast rooms are lovely and a true gem. While the guest room was fairly small and a bit dark (I was on the back of the building — no view but very quiet), the availability of the lounge more than made up for that. And the staff is outstanding. Best I’ve encountered at any New York hotel.

Excellent staff! Really impressed with their dedication and professionalism in their job. Everyone we encountered were very impressive and accommodating. Comfortable beds and great breakfast included with room. If I could find anything to suggest it could be that it’s time for a fluff of the furnishings and while all you need is available for the asking ~coffee, tea, ice are not in the rooms. Otherwise it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again. Convenient to theaters and restaurants.

Historic hotel (ask the doorman about the Mafia history connections). While the decor is a bit dated it adds to the character. Good light breakfast and nice lounge. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Home at Times Square
This hotel is like staying with friends without the awkward inconveniences for them and you. Prime location in Times Square, incredible service and amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff. This is the only hotel to stay at in New York hands down

A perfect stay in New York City from the moment we arrived. Convenient parking garage right next door with hotel validation provided a nice savings. The friendly staff greeted us and were so helpful to us throughout our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast by the fireplace each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect to see a broadway show and enjoy Times Square. We will definitely be back!

Theaterland gem
We were looking for a place to stay that was convenient for the theater district while at the same time quiet. The Casablanca more than met our needs. This is an older, european-style hotel that has been lovingly cared for. The second floor sitting room, where breakfast is provided, is a delightful resting spot at any time, with coffee/tea and snacks available all day. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and returning to this hotel from the streets crowded with December tourists was a pleasure. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

The friendliest staff who are ready to help with anything. Has old world charm. It’s no Ritz Carlton, don’t expect high ceilings, ornate hallways or endless platters of variety of food but you know it because you have not paid for Ritz. This hotel is an awesome value.
