The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it's location and it's space inside was great.
Now for the bad, first of all there was no sighting or contact with anyone who worked there besides pushing a button at the front door and waiting for someone to respond. The intercom had some static too, so they had to repeat themselves.
As for the inside of the apartment, I loved the fact that it was like an apartment not a hotel room. Everything looked beautiful overall.
When I entered the beautiful bathroom there were wet dirty towels left on the floor next to the bathtub, I assume from the last guest. I inspected the rest of the apt and found hairs on beds and pillows (some looked like it was was from the pubic area, the garbage in the kitchen was never taken out and the rug was not even vacuumed.
Apparently, no one cleaned up the bathroom or anywhere else when the last people left. Which by the way I know their names, address, phone # how long they stayed there, what their complaints were and other personal stuff because the form they filled out before they checked out was left on the kitchen table and no one removed it because no one cleaned the room.
So I have to walk back down the stairs from the 3rd floor to go talk to the intercom to let them know. I went out for dinner (beautiful neighborhood btw)and when I returned I see that only the bathroom was cleaned and towels removed.
Later on that night I went to the closet to get clean towels to take a bath and what do I see...the wet dirty towels from the bathroom floor folded neated and place on the closet shelf. There was only one clean towel, not sure if it was clean at this point, to use for 1 adult and 3 kids.
At this point I did not want to stay there any longer especailly being with kids, but had to make the best of it since I had no where else to go that night and we were all very tired. I went out again and bought Clorax wipes, soap, towels, disinfectants and spent more money than I intend too. So there goes the whole save some money theory. I should have just checked into an expensive hotel.
Then when it was time to sleep, the sofa bad was broken as stated by previous reviews on this hotel so I took the idea from other guest reviews and just put the matress on the floor and slept and no we did not use their covers or sheets.
So my advice, if you do stay here please bring your own towels and blankets. And make sure you have a bottle of disinfectant wipes.
