We stayed for 2 nights and the TV wasn’t working. They finally fixed it by the last night of our stay. Never had an issue like this at any other Club Quarters and I have stayed many nights with CQ over the last 10 years.

Staff at the front desk seemed to be the nicest, requested wine glasses during my stay and took over an hour for them to come… also ordered house keeping for the room at 8 am and wasn’t serviced until after 4:30

Pro: A block away from Grand Central Station, so subways were always close. Checked in rapidly. Bed very comfortable. Quiet at night. Very nice top floor lounge with water, coffee, tea and views of surrounding city. Three working elevators, little wait time. Lots of dining options close. Theaters close as well. Okay: We were told room wouldn't be made up unless we asked. After 3 days it needed it, but somebody came to make it up without asking. So fine. Con: Minor stuff. Hot water takes as much as 5 minutes of wasted running to get hot. The room is tiny for 2 people. We didn't come to town to sit in the room, so it didn't really bother us, might bother someone else.

This Club Quarters was little bit further from another CQ that I've stayed at in the city but was perfect. Came on a weekend so it wasnt too busy, a little bit quieter, lots of coffee places near by, pharmacy and a hop & skip from Grand Central Station. The best front desk safe! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Club Quarters and highly recommend it. It was centrally located, walking distance to Grand Central and plenty of good restaurants. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was the service. The concierge was friendly and accomodating and let us check luggage early and kept it after we checked out so I could go cross town and retrieve my credit card. They were also really funny and we had a lot of laughs with them. 5 stars!!

Great inexpensive option to stay on Manhattan. Simple but useful room. If you plan to be out and about a lot this is a great place to stay. Very helpful friendly staff. The room was not beautiful or super luxurious but clean and comfortable in a very good location with a great walkscore.

Roof top lobby and views were great. Complimentary coffee machine was really nice. Staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean but the beds need to be replaced asap, super uncomfortable. Not to be a goldy locks but the beds were somehow too firm in some places and too soft in others. The pillows were also wayyyy too fluffy. Like you lay your head down and you’re buried alive in pillow.

I usually stay at Club Quarters Hotel. It is a short walk from Grand Central. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the indoor/outdoor area available for hotel guests. The entire facility is clean.
