Location , Location

Pros: I loved the location of Club Quarters WTC. I was convenient to where i needed to be. Subway system is close by.
Cons: Check in process. At 3:30 pm room was still not ready.
Location: Hotel is right in WTC. 9/11 memorial museum, Staten Island ferry. Central to subway to take you anywhere and everywhere. Lots of police presence.
Club Quarters in WTC is ideally located for where i needed to be. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. It offered lots of storage space. There is lots of police presence in the area. The hotel has a restaurant on the 20th floor that offers an amazing view of the area and the river.

Great retreat / business hotel

Very secured you need a key card to do anything. Upscale dinning in the vicinity. Quiet hotel! Spacious rooms and snacks downstairs.

Wonderful view of the WTC

Posted Aug 25, 2015
We had the suite, and my teenaged sons l and Ioved the central location, the room, the view of the WTC (both day and night), the kitchenette, and the water bottles-to-go. A bit problematic to find coming out of the subway due to all the constructions around WTC. Subways lines with many weekend service changes. Would have planned for extra days of stay if I knew it was such a great hotel.

Good for Lower Manhattan

Posted Aug 24, 2015
The hotel was rather easy to find -- all I had to do was walk south from the World Trade Center PATH station. The hotel staff I encountered were all very polite. The room was tiny, but comfy, and I had a good view of the 40 Wall Street skyscraper. Free refillable water was available in the halls. My check in time was less than ideal (3 pm), but other than that, the experience was great for the price.

We had an issue with the hotel not receiving our reservations but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and patient. They had us in our room in no time. Our room was excellent and the view of the Freedom Tower spectacular! I was traveling with my granddaughter something her and I do often to NYC and we had a wonderful experience yet again. We will be back!

Great hotel for family

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Location was great for a family with kids, away from the party areas. Close to Battery Park, China Town and SOHO.
Cons: Having to use your key card in the elevator. If it didn't take right away you were riding the elevator for awhile.
Location: Financial District. Statue of Liberty/Battery Park, Brooklyn bridge, the villages (Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO), 911 memorial
It was a little small but a great place to stay for my family of four. It was very clean, both rooms and the bathroom. Everything we needed for a 4 day stay in New York.
