Comfortable and affordablePosted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Loved the bed and pillows. Great bathroom.
Cons: A bigger TV would be nice.
I was really looking for a reasonably priced hotel that had a comfortable bed and a good shower. The Condor was perfect for this. The rooms are lovely, the bed is huge, soft and plush with nice sheets and an assortment of pillows. I slept really well. The shower over the bath was clean and had a nice big shower head. Lots of storage space too. Even a little kitchen with microwave. The location is on the edge of Williamsburg and is a bit somber but buses and metro are very close to take you to where you want to go. Getting to Manhattan wasn't direct ( you need to change train lines or bus and train) but I didn't mind that all. Williamsburg was so close. It's a fun neighborhood to visit full of trendy cafes and shops.

Not the neighborhood for going out in as Jewish area but quiet safe easy to get into the fun part of Williamsburg and near the expressway. Front desk staff was super friendly.

Great hotel close to Pratt InstitutePosted Nov 2, 2015
The Condor is close to Pratt, and a short ride to anywhere in Brooklyn. Parking was fine, and the rooms are quite nice. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful.

Wonderful location and hotel! I was in New York for business and it was close to the location of my meetings. Continental breakfast was provided.

Comfy beds and great location for my needsPosted Sep 24, 2015
Condor hotel room as on the smaller side but for the price the value is amazing. Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and cookies when you check in. The neighborhood was very residential but quiet which is nice and walking distance to restaurants and other areas.

FantasticPosted Aug 27, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was lovely, we had already done our research and knew it was a bit out of the way but that didn't bother us as you got more for your money and it was only a 10 minute walk to the subway. The service was 5 star, the staff were very helpful, advising us on where to go and apps to download to help with the subway. The lights went out in our room so we got upgraded to a suit, the staff were very apologetic. The breakfast was always well presented and had a good variety. The outside patio area was nice to chill out in if you had the time. I would definitely come back here

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Clean, comfortable hotelPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Location is quiet and safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and bathtub very deep. Free breakfast, lobby ATM.
Location: Short walk to G train, Barclays Center 15 minute ride away, so many wonderful restaurants in Williamsburg
Our vacation centered around events at the Barclay's, so we wanted to stay fairly local to the arena. While the Condor is a bit off the main path, it was the perfect place for us. Our usual trips to New York see us zooming around the city via train only, but we used cabs to get back and forth to the arena. The walk to the train station is not bad at all, and if weather permits, it's a great way to get the day started. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hotel itself is clean and stylish. Our room was on the third floor, and the elevator was quick to arrive and take off (something we've always had a problem with in our Manhattan hotels). The breakfast in the hotel is basic, continental, and free. We were not disappointed at all with its offerings, and really enjoyed this amenity. The beds are very comfortable, blackout curtains let us sleep in, and the air conditioner was perfect, especially considering how HOT it was outside! The bathtub is deep (a must for us), the tiny kitchen served us well, and I loved using the built in storage. The front desk offers lemonade, infused water, and cookies, which we also took advantage of after arriving after our events — a great late-night treat! Thanks to the staff for helping us so much! The front desk got us cabs to our events, a cab to the airport, all for fair prices and all questions answered. Thank you for the comfortable stay! We will be back.

Welcome in Williamsburg!Posted Aug 17, 2015 on Hotels
We were visiting our kids who recently moved into the neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, the rooms were well appointed - small, but typical for NY. The front desk person was friendly - cookies available upon arrival. Breakfast was included and simple (cereal, bagels, etc - perfect for a quick bite). The parking lot was across the street, not owned by the hotel and not very well secured. We didn't have any issues with it.
