Excellent position, well situated for subway to most areas. Rooms a little dark. We had a junior suite.Worth noting the third bed is a sofa bed rather than proper bed.

Very clean and very very nice staff! Great location for our needs during our trip. Would highly recommend. The only minor suggestion for improvement is that the little 24/7 snack shop off of the lobby was sparsely stocked and had very little variety, BUT there is a Walgreens right next door (although it is not open 24 hours).

Perfect to sleep in while doing touristy things out in the city. Housekeeping did an amazing job daily. Pillows were way too soft. Our biggest complaint was the ac never went below 75. We were told because the heater was on for the hotel. Maintenance provided a fan for our stay but it was still too hot at night to sleep comfortably and didnt cool our room down. I refused to open the windows with 3 little curious running around.

Location in mid-town is good, nearby subway station, convenient store, and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. During our stay, the elevators were not working well which led to excessive waiting times; and I opted to walk down 21 floors several times. Otherwise, our visit was good.

When I booked the hotel hotel, it had free Continental breakfast, when I arrived, I was specifically told by the front desk, lady we did not have breakfast included. The potable water was filthy

We liked the location of this hotel. Away from busy Times Square but within walking distance. Subway stop across the street. Walgreens drug store next to the hotel was very convenient for snacks and other needs. I felt the hotel room and furniture was a little worn out but the room was spacious for five people.

We stayed at a corner room and the view was amazing, room was pretty clean, we had everything we needed.The only thing we didn’t liked was the noise at night. The lady next to our room was on the phone the whole night and we heard her conversation like she was inside of our room.

Property was great location, safe, clean, staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. Did not get the room that was reserved, but was told 2 queen beds was an upgrade from couch and king. Manager was generous and kind at the end of the night by giving bottled water to our group. Rooms have a good amount of space. Could use a mirror in the room itself. 3 women getting ready at one time..!

We were very happy with the location of the hotel. There was only one working elevator our whole stay which made things difficult. One time we waited 20 minutes for the elevator because it was full of people twice when it stopped. We did appreciate the ability to use the freight elevator. There was a hair on our bathroom ceiling and the room was dated. The size of it was great, though.
