broken elevator

Hotel elevators were broken and we were on the 9th floor with large bags and and a child. Hotel staff was helpful but limited to 1 person to help with luggage for all guests!!

JFK airport hotel

Pros: comfortable King bed
Cons: Better details on cleaning the room.
Location: Just used this hotel as a sleep spot for next day JFK flight
The good was the airport shuttle bus and driver with the location close to JFK. This hotel seems older and could use a little facelift. They did have a bar with food in the lobby which was nice. The bathroom sink was cracked and not repaired. The desk was so sticky that my forearm stuck to it. I opened the microwave and there was spilt old soup on the plate.

Check-in was quick. Location was just a few minutes from the airport. Stay was hassle free.

Convenient to JFK

Pros: Airport pickup, comfortable bed, tv channels.
Cons: LOSE THE AIR FRESHENER!!!!!!
Location: Location was ok.
Shuttle pick up at the airport was quick. Check in was quick and easy. But opening the door to my room was not good. The room reeked of air freshener. It was discustingly overpowering. Wow!!! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I'm a newshound so I enjoyed the TV having a large selection of channels.

Nice Hotel but Parking is Terrible

Pros: The rooms are really nice and clean.
Cons: The parking.
Hotel is great, but if you drove you will have a hard time finding parking. The hotel has no parking; therefore, you will be parking across the streets which is a neighborhood. You will be parking near someone's home.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Close to JFK, prompt frequent shuttle, friendly efficient staff and clean rooms. Great for an airport overnighter.

Very limited dining option if you don't have a car

The hotel is close to the JFK. Quiet. Clean. Overall OK. Very limited dining option if you do not have a car. The bar offers very poor food choice, mainly cold salad. The restaurant at nearby Hilton is expensive and is not that great. No other restaurants within walking distance of neighborhood.

Pros: Roxanne the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. The shuttle service driver was very professional and accommodating.
Cons: Build a new hotel with 2017 amenities.......
Location: NOTHING is near by, except the freeway and JFK Airport.
Old, drafty, dingy, and run-down. NOT what I expected from a Marriott property. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
