Pros: Roxanne the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. The shuttle service driver was very professional and accommodating.
Cons: Build a new hotel with 2017 amenities.......
Location: NOTHING is near by, except the freeway and JFK Airport.
Old, drafty, dingy, and run-down. NOT what I expected from a Marriott property. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Mixed bag; won't return

Pros: Location, clean room
Cons: Housekeeping in hallway. Dining.
Location: It's all about the airport.
The good: my room was obviously recently refurbished and in clean condition. Okay, not great bed. The bad: hallway was shockingly dirty...the carpet needed cleaning and the vacuum apparently doesn't reach the edges. Ugh. Restaurant area is quite small. No complementary coffee in the morning (aside from Kuerig in the room). And the winter entrance was through some cheesy canvas doors. Quite off-putting,

Clean hotel near JFK

Entrance was not inviting with tent-like extension to cover main steps and a side ramp not readily apparent. Lobby is small, packed with snack bar etc, but clean and prompt service. Pleasant staff. Need room key to operate elevator to get to room. Great housekeeping. Very clean. Fresh air in room is possible as window opens, a small but vital bit - very appreciated! Great reading lights at bedside! Good suitcase support provided. Bathroom small, and glass "half door" is a nuisance. Floor gets soaked! In room coffee machine didn't work. When I reported it at checkout, I was offered a free cup from lobby bar. Kind touch.

Great hotel - Great food

Pros: Great food, good bar, good shop for snacks and other necessities.
Location: I was told that this is not a great area for walking at night, but this is all about convenience to the airport. The hotel has all that you need.
This hotel is close to JFK, with just a 5 minute shuttle ride. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the food was surprisingly good.

Good spot for connecting flights

Cons: Shuttle pickup at the terminal
Location: Good dinner at the Hilton nearby
We stayed twice in three weeks and found the hotel comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant is minimal, but the primary reason for staying there is to get to and from JFK. It is much easier to get to the airport than it is to get to the hotel from JFK, as you have to take the air train to a specific station to catch the shuttle. The staff was very helpful in getting boarding passes printed, and the shuttle service is excellent

Great airport hotel

close to JFK. shuttles run every 30 min to airport. very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel , so close to JFK

Pros: Location
Cons: Wished the air conditioner was not centrally controlled. It was an unseasonably warm and the only way to cool the room down was to open the window.
Location: Close to airport.
I had an early morning flight so it was very convenient for the airport. The shuttle was very efficient and on time. Ate in the restaurant which was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to JFK

Pros: was very close to the JFK airport. hassle free shuttles to and from JFK.
Cons: food options could be improved.
Location: not much to do nearby. Green Acres mall is approx. 15 minutes away by car.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby area was very well maintained. The bar had a Starbucks stations for those who wanted to purchase that particular brand of coffee.
