Good spot for connecting flights

Cons: Shuttle pickup at the terminal
Location: Good dinner at the Hilton nearby
We stayed twice in three weeks and found the hotel comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant is minimal, but the primary reason for staying there is to get to and from JFK. It is much easier to get to the airport than it is to get to the hotel from JFK, as you have to take the air train to a specific station to catch the shuttle. The staff was very helpful in getting boarding passes printed, and the shuttle service is excellent

Great airport hotel

close to JFK. shuttles run every 30 min to airport. very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel , so close to JFK

Pros: Location
Cons: Wished the air conditioner was not centrally controlled. It was an unseasonably warm and the only way to cool the room down was to open the window.
Location: Close to airport.
I had an early morning flight so it was very convenient for the airport. The shuttle was very efficient and on time. Ate in the restaurant which was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to JFK

Pros: was very close to the JFK airport. hassle free shuttles to and from JFK.
Cons: food options could be improved.
Location: not much to do nearby. Green Acres mall is approx. 15 minutes away by car.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby area was very well maintained. The bar had a Starbucks stations for those who wanted to purchase that particular brand of coffee.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle to JFK was extremely convenient. The staff and shuttle drivers were great.

Excellent hotel, comfortable & clean, polite staff

Clean, comfortable to sleep in and polite staff. We called the reception to check the toilet flush they send someone immediately. The flush is actually working we just didn't know how to operate well. They also called a cab for us plus there's free shuttle to the airport & starbucks available in ground floor. We enjoyed our trip in New York, thanks to this hotel, will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very good and would go back. Wish they had a continental breakfast. That would make this hotel over the top!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle the next morning to the airport and one of the staff voluntereed to take us

Good hotel but don't come late.

I reserved a nonsmoking double bedroom. Since my flight arrived at midnight, I didn't check in until 2am. I was told that all the double bedrooms had been sold out so we were given a smelly smoking king bedroom with an extra rollaway bed. We got some free snacks to make up for it. Breakfast is NOT free. There is NO free parking lot. The view is nice. If I had reserved a king bedroom, it was a nice one except for the smell.

Perfect night with my wife.

I booked this room for one night cause we had an event in Howard beach. Staff was friendly and funny. Rooms were clean and looked great. We can't wait to do it again next year.....or if we have another event to attend in that part of queens then we'll see you before then.
