Best hotel in the area .

My family & I travel to NYC often and we've stayed at many . This is one of our favorites by far. Just wish they had their own parking lot, not just valet and street parking.

Pros: Both shuttles to airport were full, so a livery service showed up literally within 3 minutes.
Cons: Ater market showerhead, overpowered drain. Mislead on the park and fly.had to pay for it
High end amenities, clean and comfortable.we only stayed for one night. Free coffee in lobby @ 430am.

The overall stay was great. clean and comfortable rooms. The only issue I had was the site says parking available not limited. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because other hotels said "limited parking". I did easily find street parking and the neighborhood seems nice enough not to worry but that's not the point.

İt was great

İt was great good job there was a fire alarm and they're handle it honestly pretty well. The alarm went off at 7 am and everyone had to be hauled down to the lobby but they were honestly very polite about the entire process and kept offering us water and scones. Not onla are they professionals, they area very humble about it. Oh and Thé alarm was bc of the water heater, it caused high levels of CO2 and The Fire department came. This could happen to everyone and they did a good job with it.

Good stay..

I stayed for one night to catch a flight the next day. The hotel was great, nice room, good food, good shuttle service.

Nice stay near the airport

Missed flight so I had to book something last minute. Staff was really accomodating. The guy working the bar was really friendly and working like crazy to accommodate a ton of guests. Lots of people hanging out in the lobby and socializing, which was unusual for an airport hotel.

i was in for the night so i could be close to the airport due to an early morning flight and therefore had no real needs other than a bed and proximity to the airport. i was pleasantly surprised but the service and the room, it was very very nice, less like a Marriott courtyard and more like a 4-5 star hotel, very nicely outfitted and clean. will stay again
