Convenient to JFK, clean room, friendly service

Amenities were up to date and everything was nice and clean. The pillows and/or bed linens could be softer but overall I had a nice stay.

The service of airport shuttle is very bad. I've waited more than 40 minutes until has arrived.

Good quality hotel, close to JFK.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, excellent facilities. Restaurant serving good quality food. Breakfast a little expensive however.

great staff especially front desk gentleman

Pros: location, staff
Cons: cleanliness, facility need to be updated
Location: nothing to do in vicinity just a place to sleep overnight before flying out to JFK
We arrived Monday night late, around midnight and the front desk person, male, was so accommodating. He went over and above. The facility itself is run down and dated and the rooms are not well kept. The bathroom door was broken and got stuck. But the staff there made up for the mediocre surroundings.

Nice hotel close to JFK airport.

Pros: Shuttle, water pressure, comfortable bed, in room kurig maker
Cons: Only small complaint is the tub drained slowly, a problem which I'm sure could be easily resolved.
Location: Near the airport and other hotels. Great for a stop-over between flights, but wouldn't recommend if you wanted to see NYC.
Nice, newer hotel that is comfortable and close to the airport. Bed was big and comfortable. One of the best assets of the hotel is the shuttle that arrived quickly at the airport for pick up after a flight and boasts friendly drivers that ensure secure arrival to JFK airport.

broken elevator

Hotel elevators were broken and we were on the 9th floor with large bags and and a child. Hotel staff was helpful but limited to 1 person to help with luggage for all guests!!

JFK airport hotel

Pros: comfortable King bed
Cons: Better details on cleaning the room.
Location: Just used this hotel as a sleep spot for next day JFK flight
The good was the airport shuttle bus and driver with the location close to JFK. This hotel seems older and could use a little facelift. They did have a bar with food in the lobby which was nice. The bathroom sink was cracked and not repaired. The desk was so sticky that my forearm stuck to it. I opened the microwave and there was spilt old soup on the plate.
