Great location, friendly staff

Location: Loved the location, just outside Soho and easy walking distance (OK, I like to walk) to West Village, High Line and Tribeca.
Came here on a college tour, to visit NYU. Paid $220 for room with 2 double beds. Room was unremarkable but fairly spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, with a view. Elevators require at least one person to insert a keycard to exit at room floors, which supposedly enhances security.

Concierge and valet were incredibly hospitable. Very very helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about the service. Pretty good sized room for manhattan, very clean, and there are plenty of places to eat, whether you prefer quick and easy, or a nice restaurant with good ambiance.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Good location for my business travel.
Location: Ample eateries and coffee shops in the vicinity.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel, This was the weekend of the 2016 blizzard. Our reservation for dinner was cancelled, so the front desk referred us to a restaurant that was open (even during the blizzard)that was terrific. The name of the restaurant is "The Dutch" Great place and within walking distance.
