Parking is too expensive. Sheets were not clean.

Parking should be included. Food at the bar was not good. Sheets needed changing. I only had 1 bathroom towel in the room.

There was a mouse under the bed

Pros: Other than that everything was good
I stayed at Double tree by Hilton for 4 days and on the last day we happened to know there was a mouse under our bed. I am so disappointed about this.

Very unimpressed with the area and exterioe of hotel, yet inside was clean and comfortable and staff was great

Average facilities, no refrigerator or water provided in the room! The only good thing was the staff at the hotel, friendly people!

Amazing stay

This hotel by far was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was nice and warm with a thermostat that you can control. It was very spacious, had an amazing bed with the best feeling sheets I have ever payed on and to top it off there was a balcony which allowed you to see the rest of the hotel including the pool on the inside. All in all it was amazing.

Cool get away

I'm from Newark so me an the wife go to double tree to escape the kids !! Great place clean an comfy , an the room service food is also good !! Only set back is he 16$ parking for overnight guest, if you stay over night parking should be free!!

Cozy hotel, just a subway away from NYC!

When we arrived to the hotel we were greated by the lovely Wendy. Everyone was so nice to us. They gave us the most delicious cookies. Every morning we would ask for a cookie and they would give us four. Between the cookies and the delicious Brazilian coffee, it really held us down until brunch. They also provided 4 water bottles every night. Or really whenever we would ask for them. At no additional cost. It was for of us staying in the room. It was clean and warm. And the shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient

Balcony ruins it completely!

The rooms and staff are Not bad but the balconys are awful!! Some guy in the lobby on his phone at 3am talking so loud and couldn't sleep at all. Awful experience when paying a nice amount to stay! With the balcony ya won't sleep if rude people around

Room was not clean. Location was perfect.

As a Hilton honours member, as well as being in other hotels this was my worst experience. Room was not clean which I believe is basic for paid accommodations.
