Elevators are slow and very full, because there are so many floors and guests. Parking is not in the hotel building, but run by a separate company half a block away. Self-parking means you drop it off at the garage, but they park it and keep your key. Valet means you drop it off at the hotel and they park it. You should call for directions and rates, as this information is not on the website.

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Hot water problem;
Location: We chose the location close to the things we needed.
Stayed Jan 7-10, 2017 and never had hot water in shower - only warm.

Rude manager rest of staff was great

No cold water in the shower, they could not fix it and did not change my room till 11 pm , manger was very rude

Quiet hotel close to metro

Pros: Close to metro, room ok size for New York, clean, free printing in business centre and friendly staff.
Cons: More hooks for your towels in the bathroom.
Location: Financial district, the charging bull, 9/11 memorial and tribute centre and ferries.
Not stayed in the Financial district before but it was ok as close to metro stations. Recommend getting a metro card. Close to ferry to Liberty/Eliss Island.

Close to Wall Street and Battery Park

A spacious and comfortable room considering NY standards. Large bathroom with accesible shower. Lot's of places to eat close by. The area was perfect for me since I was visiting my son who lives and works on Wall Street.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: More elevators
Location: Good location
Hotel has only three elevators for a 45 to 50 story hotel. Wait time for an elevator can be 10 to 15 minutes.

Good hotel near good transport connections

We stayed here over a weekend and the hotel was comfortable, well located near to good public transport connections, and with quite a few aces to eat nearby. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds. We paid a bit more to be on higher floors and we had great views.
