The hotel and staff were great, nice and friendly. Hotel was clean and housekeepers did a wonderful job. I didn’t like the buffet breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, it was more of a continental breakfast. It was too pricey and there wasn’t anything special about it. The food itself was bland and not enough choices. The Hilton honors perks were a plus. The warm cookies were so good. We enjoyed our stay.

Room is small to the point I could not put items out in the bathroom and was stepping over my own luggage to get to the bathroom. The computer in the lobby could not scan or make prints for days.

Loved this place, the stay was cheap but the service was not. I loved it here and will definitively stay here again.

Overall the room was nice however, I could hear EVERYTHING from the room above. Constant stomping all night long & morning, you can hear when they shower, talk, open doors, hang clothes up everything. Hard to get peace & quiet after a long day.

Be aware that there are only 3 elevators to service 44 floors and there can be a shocking wait for them. We asked for a low floor but the 8th floor was the lowest available so we still had 8 flights of stairs to walk down every morning and night (if we waited longer than 10 minutes). You have to go up a floor in the elevator to check in with your cases and people going up and down with multiple cases on each floor made the journey even lengthier in waiting times. Also be aware that most of the rooms wrap around the elevator shaft and the noise is almost unbearable while you are trying to sleep - it’s very loud and sadly it feels like Hilton are being greedy in cramming many small rooms around noisy, and too few in number, elevators - it is a constant noise that never lets up. Coming down to check out with two large cases was miserable this morning - my husband was able to squeeze into the elevator, much to the others annoyance but tough, after we waited 18 minutes for enough room. He could only fit in with the cases on top of each other and I went down the stairs to check us out on level 2. We then carried the cases the rest of the way down. It is doubtful we will stay here again because of the noise and slow speed of the elevators. Check in staff seemed disinterested too and where to join the line was confusing.

Clearly not cleaned properly - had to call multiple times because of hairs left on towels or dirty towels in general. We let them know about hair on one of the towels and everyday, even after they cleaned the room, it was still there. The comforter on one of the beds was also dirty, and instead of washing it and returning, they merely gave her a blanket for our whole stay instead. The elevator also can take 5-20 minutes to come to your level so be prepared to wait!
