Great location

Good hotel and great location for the river and other attractions. Have stayed here a few times. The only complaint is that the air con is very loud so you can't really leave it on at night and the lifts are very slow in coming.

Nice hotel to get away from busy city

Hotel was nice and comfortable. The room did needs some upkeep repairs but the important factors were in good condition. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the city. The doorman Alan was great and helped to get a taxi back to the airport all set up for us on our check out day.

Great Location, friendly staff

Pros: Convenient location to subway, ferry, wall street
Cons: housekeeping
We had a great stay here for the long weekend. The beds are so comfortable that you will not want to get out of it. Two small things-- 1. Housekeeping never came to make the beds or bring new towels in the three days we stayed-- even after asking them to come. 2. The elevators are slow and there are 45 floors. Otherwise, it was a good hotel for the price. I would stay here again.

It was awesome! Helena is the best! She provided world class service, and the other employees can learn a lot from her! Give that lady a promotion! Love her!

I loved everything about the hotel except the view ... where was my view ??? However the stay was lovely the temperature in the room left a lot to be desired...

Elevators are slow and very full, because there are so many floors and guests. Parking is not in the hotel building, but run by a separate company half a block away. Self-parking means you drop it off at the garage, but they park it and keep your key. Valet means you drop it off at the hotel and they park it. You should call for directions and rates, as this information is not on the website.

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Hot water problem;
Location: We chose the location close to the things we needed.
Stayed Jan 7-10, 2017 and never had hot water in shower - only warm.

Rude manager rest of staff was great

No cold water in the shower, they could not fix it and did not change my room till 11 pm , manger was very rude

Quiet hotel close to metro

Pros: Close to metro, room ok size for New York, clean, free printing in business centre and friendly staff.
Cons: More hooks for your towels in the bathroom.
Location: Financial district, the charging bull, 9/11 memorial and tribute centre and ferries.
Not stayed in the Financial district before but it was ok as close to metro stations. Recommend getting a metro card. Close to ferry to Liberty/Eliss Island.
