(1) building feels new and clean inside; (2) my room was small (I don't know if they have other sized rooms), but it was perfect; (3) the housekeeping, towels, shower supplies, Kuerig coffee maker w/ plenty of cups; (4) there's nothing fancy about the room, but it's done in low-key, simple, tasteful in a sort of low-key, perhaps tending to 'modern'; (4) the whole place is simply spic and span; and (5) last but not least, Luis at the front desk WAS great, is a very pleasant, helpful, positive person. The hotel does not have parking, street parking is tough to find, but if you have a car you can park it at a secure lot a couple blocks away the corner of W. 165th , and some of the residential buildings on the block the hotel is on are a bit old and run down, although it is close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and it felt safe to walk in the area. The next time I drive from Eastern PA to NYC to see the Yankees play, I'll look forward to seeing Luis again and staying at the hotel.
