Nice cozy hotel I'd book again I love the kitchen

Nice hotel

It was very quiet place with a away from home feel with stove fridge and very comfortable bed and great service would stay again but longer if I could

Decent for the price.

Had issue with prior guest meal items were outside the door for 2 days. Thats ridiculous, I purposely didn't say anything because I wanted to see if they would remove in reasonable amount of time. When it was removed I expected our bed to be made and fresh linen and towels pllaced but that didn't happen. decent room no other issues.

Stray hairs on bed and roaches. Bed linens did not seem like they been changed recently.

too basic

Cons: Offer more amenities. like plates and silverware. There's oven burners, microwave, and a fridge, but why do I have to call the front desk for a cup?
bare bones. the rooms didn't have any cups! there was also a red stain on the washcloth.

Close to Newark Airport.

I booked this hotel through the Expedia app on my iPhone, and the check in was painless. The customer service was good, but nowhere near excellent. I went inside my room, and did my inspection. The bed sheets were clean, however, the blanket and comforter looked like they weren't washed. I noticed several strands of hair underneath the comforter, and I knew there was no way I would sleep under that! Then, I went to the bathroom, and I noticed there was a used bar of soap inside the shower stall. That meant it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The upside to this place is that these are suites, and the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, a stove, and a sink. There is a Ruby Tuesday, and an IHOP next door. There is a shopping mall across the street, and Newark Airport is minutes away. You will hear hear air traffic, but it's expected when you're staying near an airport. Overall it was a nice peaceful stay hotel, but it needs quality control. If the blankets, and the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly, and properly then I would have easily given this place a rating of 4 stars.

Great when you need a room near EWR

Had flight delays etc and got in to Newark very late. Great room shuttle made it easy staff was helpful. Made a bad situation tolerable.

This hotel was the best experience ever! Had a kitchen that came with everything i needed. Everything was neat and up to date. There is some wear and tear issues but overall a 4.8/5!!! Will book when i need a hotel in jersey
