Close to Newark Airport.

I booked this hotel through the Expedia app on my iPhone, and the check in was painless. The customer service was good, but nowhere near excellent.
I went inside my room, and did my inspection. The bed sheets were clean, however, the blanket and comforter looked like they weren't washed. I noticed several strands of hair underneath the comforter, and I knew there was no way I would sleep under that!
Then, I went to the bathroom, and I noticed there was a used bar of soap inside the shower stall. That meant it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.
The upside to this place is that these are suites, and the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, a stove, and a sink.
There is a Ruby Tuesday, and an IHOP next door. There is a shopping mall across the street, and Newark Airport is minutes away. You will hear hear air traffic, but it's expected when you're staying near an airport.
Overall it was a nice peaceful stay hotel, but it needs quality control. If the blankets, and the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly, and properly then I would have easily given this place a rating of 4 stars.
