I didn't stay there because they overbooked themse

We got a email saying are room is ready, we took a cab there and then they tell us sorry we are booked out! Had my two year old daughter with us, we didn't get to the second hotel until 1:30AM Thanks Expedia for caring about your customers.

Big room, nice kitchenette

Pros: Comfortable bed,clean room, incredibly pleasant staff.
Cons: The hotel could use some updating.
We enjoyed ourselves. The room was large, the kitchenette was a great size and had a full stove.

Didn't like paying for parking $10 a night microwave was not cleaned besides that everything else was fine

Hotel is not what they show at the pictures ,they not have breakfast all smell every way . I am not recommended that hotel to push out from Expedia list

Terrible hotel and service

Terrible breakfast and airport shuttle service. We almost missed our flight due to the shuttle delay. kept saying 5 mins 10 mins and came after 35 mins.

Despite initial check in surprises it wound up being a decent stay there are no ice machines so make sure to fill ice trays upon arrival. Bring your own beverages juices and sodas are 2.00 a pop ask for dishes and utensils early as there may be none available later. They could use some new can openers they are a bit worn out and hard to use. The staff is super friendly despite being a quite busy hotel... maybe it was just the times i needed help...lol.... nevertheless they were diligent and extremely patient with the customers. No down play to the cleaning staff there was hair in the tub that may have been missed do to the fancy material the tub is made from. It looks great like being b at home problem is cleaning is difficult with this material and is probably not so great for a bathroom with multiple users...(more for personal home bathrooms) parking was a bit limited as tge parking lot had not been completely cleared of snow. I nearly fell in the morning on the ice outside in the rear parking lot so be careful. The front desk was so busy at the time I did not make mention of this to them. I'm sure had I done so they would have addressed it.

Hotel experience

Room was dirty. Front desk service was good. Needs to improve room cleanliness. Most of the personnel wanted to please the guest but some didn't even try to show some emotion.
