Very convenient for short airport stayover.

My first room assignment was not acceptable for me. It was near an exit door and a little noisy for me. I brought to staff attention and they got me into another room right away and was very courteous and ready to help.

Someone else's restaurant bill

Why do hotels continue to allow charges to some random room, ie. mine? After flying for 6 hours and sleeping badly, why do I get woken up by an bill being pushed under my door that isn't mine?

Nice hotel close to the JFK airport

Friendly staff good food at the restaurant shuttle on time every half an hour.

Convenient to airport

Provided all the basics for an overnight stay for an early flight next day. No dining facility close but breakfast was in the hotel and would satisfy most travelers.

Close to JFK, Best continental breakfast ever

Great location close to JFK! Hands down the best continental breakfast I have had at a hotel! It's worth the stay just for the good breakfast! They even had veggie sausage and Greek yogurt on their buffet! Only downside was the walls where paper thin and it was noisy at times! Bring ear plugs!

Good for our overnight stay near JFK

A no frills hotel for travellers. Mine was a short stay and the hotel served its purpose. Good for the money (considering hotel prices in NY).

Best near JFK, PERIOD.

We have stayed there on multiple occasions it's always clean the staff is always friendly you can't beat it near JFK.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the hotel has its own restaurant which is helpful as there didn't appear to be many restaurants close by.
