Seriously think twice before trying this hotel. I've been at other Marriott hotels, but this is the worst because it feels like a bad motel. With exception of a reasonable location, there are really no other reasons to stay at this hotel since there are so many others nearby. No room service is provided unless requested, which is fine for environmental reasons, but the quality of cleaning is cursory at most with towel replacement and making of bed but there is no actual cleaning of the bathroom, bed, common space; no replacement of bed linings, etc despite multiple requests. One bath towel is provided for 2 guests when replacement is requested, and 1 small bar soap is provided for both the shower and sink for the entire stay of 1 week etc. The breakfast was extremely disappointing in quality and quantity, with nothing left essentially after 30 minutes of opening the dinning hall, and guests are frantically trying to find food after this period; feels like low quality continental motel food. Staff in the dining hall had masks below the nose, and never responded to requests. Unfortunately, it feels like everyone here was doing the bare minimum and the hotel management was trying to skimp on everything. When asked about lack of food, management blamed it on the delivery service even though I stayed at the hotel for the entire week. I would try Marriott again, just not this one.
