This hotel gets the job done, but doesn’t really live up to the Marriott name. The building is run downed, it’s surrounded by noisy construction areas and there’s a garbage truck that passes by every night making loud noise. Overall, it’s an okay destination if you’re out and about during the day. The morning staff members are great and helpful, but the evening staff members don’t want anything to do with you.

Breakfast was poor - no fresh fruit & hot food was limited. Paper products in room were cheap, low quality. One day, room service forgat to replenish coffee, soap bar, and left only 1 clean towel, no wash clothes.

Very clean. Free breakfast has improved a lot. They do the room everyday. So clean!! Everyone very polite and helpful from front desk to breakfast crew and the cleanup people keeping the place including public area downstairs clean

This hotel is a gem. Parking was included. The room is clean and quiet. The TV channels were unusually limited. The front desk staff were very patient and kind. I was told there is a rooftop bar, but I didn't make it up there. I will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms are compact but poorly maintained. We stayed here for 8 nights. On our first day, the room was not cleaned. When we reported this, the room was cleaned on the second day but not on the third day. We reported this again. The room was then cleaned for the rest of our stay, but the service was uneven. Some days we would find we were just given one fresh towel (we were two guests), some days they would not give us new drinking cups, etc. On the first day, I noticed the room phone was not working and reported this. It wasn’t fixed 3 days later and I reported this again. It still wasn’t fixed during the rest of our stay. Given that we stayed here for 8 nights, this just doesn’t match the level of follow up I expect from a Marriott property.

Clean room and friendly staff. Relatively affordable compared to many hotels in the area. The breakfast was AMAZING. The workers were always cleaning the breakfast area and replenishing fresh food items. There was also a ton of choices for breakfast.

The staff front desk were not at all helpful on the morning I checked out nor once I arrived home realizing I'd left behind a folder with important/sensitive documents along we ith my red rimmed eyeglasses. Neither front desk nor housekeeping picked up nor return calls left on vm. It was necessary for me to contact Expedia to retrieve the property I left behind in Room 410. Myeyeglssses were left in the lobby. I did retrieve the folder but not my eyeglasses.
