Convenient spot for Chelsea visit

Easy walking to PENN station, nice location in the florist district. Breakfast was plentiful and glass atrium was nice. Check out the roof deck - so nice and empty!

Horrible

The reception at the lobby was horrible! The lady at the fromt desk was literaly screaming! The room was smelling funny we had to change to another one right way. They forgot to clean the room the second day , when i called to complain , the young black man at the service desk was very rude . Small room , horrible view, To sum up i won't come back especially at the rate I got the room! Horrible experience.

Great Staff / Great Location

The entire staff was amazing. Every staff member I encountered made it a point to ask me how everything was going and if there was anything else they could do to enhance my stay. Very accommodating and friendly. I picked this hotel due to the proximity to Madison Square Garden (Rangers/Red Wings game) and must say, I made a great choice. It's about a three block walk. I had a great time. Location is great and the staff is even better!

Gute Lage, aber extrem kleine Zimmer

Insgesamt ist das Hotel ok für NY-Verhältnisse. Die Lage ist ideal; U-Bahn direkt in der Nähe, ausserdem kann auf direktem Weg zum Times Square marschiert werden (rund 20 Min.). Schöne Aussicht auf das Empire Building; auf dem Dach kann die Aussicht genossen werden (ohne Infrastruktur à la Bar etc.). Das Frühstück ist i.O., typisch amerikanisch. Einziger Minuspunkt, der gegen das Hotel spricht: Das Zimmer ist so winzig, dass kein einziger Koffer Platz findet, ohne dass er im Weg ist. Selbst wenn man nicht aus dem Koffer lebt, ist kaum Platz da, die Koffer irgendwo zu verstauen. Auch das Bad ist eher klein gehalten, insbesondere die Ablage-Fläche. Klar ist der Platz in NY teuer, aber etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer sollte es schon sein (bei längerem Aufenthalt frage ich mich auch, wie das Zimmermädchen das Zimmer denn machen kann/soll...). Ausserdem gibt es keinen Safe im Zimmer, dieser ist beim Empfang. Finde ich persönlich auch nicht so optimal.

Great location to lower part of Manhattan. We were there for event at MSG very short walk. Hotel staff were excellent with our accommodations and could not do enough for us.
