Staff great room little small would differently stay again parking right there can walk to everything really enjoyed our stay

A fantastic hotel

We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return. The staff were all excellent and nothing was too much trouble. In fact cannot wait to return and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Definitely would stay again!

A great hotel with larger rooms than average for NY. The entire staff could not have been nicer. The beds were fine. Bathroom also larger than the NY average. A huge breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat, bagels, pastries, fruit, coffee. I thought it was a great deal.

Nice hotel centrally located

Centrally located, spacious room with perfect temperature, very quiet, and great water pressure. Continental breakfast was generous with decent variety even for the pickiest eaters. Front desk staff pleasant and accommodating.

Great hotel and great staff

The hotel was very well situated, close to Times Square and the Empire State building. The best aspect for me where the staff who were excellent. Very friendly, helpful and considerate. Thankyou.

Foi bem ruim, nossas reservas foram perdidas, chegaram a debitar uma diaria no cartao e cancelar nossas chaves. O quarto para quatro pessoas era minusculo, as camas nao eram nem de casal, era de viúvo. Eram 03 acessos a internet e em algumas trocas no deram apenas 03 toalhas. A unica coisa boa foi o café da manhã.

Best hotel in Chelsea area, Best Hotel employees!

Absolutely best hotel stay I have had in a very long time. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating. Room was small as typical NYC hotel rooms are but the bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, breads, cereals, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and a different meat daily. It's centrally located in Midtown/Chelsea area. It's kind of hidden and the road it's on is not clean but during the day its surrounded by flower shops so it's nice to come out during the day. The only real downside we had there was that our air/heat didn't work the 1st night we were there however I notified the front desk and once they discovered it wasn't fixable for the night they changed our room without problem. The next time I visit NYC I will absolutely stay again at this hotel.
