the hotel is rooms are very nice, clean and up to date and the hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation making it a great place to stay!

Great location midtown

Pros: comfort of beds, housekeeping services, friendliness of staff & we did eat breakfast one morning & food was good & staff was great.
Cons: I think they will be even better when they finish what they want to do in the bar area.
Location: very easy to hop the subway & get anywhere. Although it took us a bit to figure out which way to go (uptown vs downtown) We walked to time square
Room clean, housekeeping great, beds made & towels provided each day was nice. Small room but i expected this. We had 2 adults, 1 very tall 16 yr old, & 1 youth in one room w/2 double beds that were very comfortable. Noise level not bad outside considering we r in the city. They were renovating the bar area & the outside sitting area was being cleaned, painted etc. but didn't effect our stay. Hotel staff very nice & acomodating. would stay here again! Also our boys got their haircut at barber across street- great job! $20

Was a nice stay and they went above and beyond!

Even with all the one way streets, was easy to get to when we got to town. Easy to get to the parking garage. Staff was very helpful. Bummed the restaurant was only open for breakfast, but thankfully many options nearby to eat. They stored my bag while we spent the rest of the day site seeing in town and they went above and beyond when I tried for nearly two hours to go the three blocks from where we parked and couldn't get to the hotel because roads were blocked and they brought my bag to me, two blocks away! Thank you to Aster (hope I spelled correctly!!) for walking it down to me while I waited with my kids in the car with me. Would stay there again!!

Not Bad, clean, friendly, get what you pay for.

Cons: Would be good to get a decent bar open downstairs, the place seemed to be shut the whole time we were there other than for breakfast.
Nice location, hotel is Ok, clean although a little small but i guess that is NYC for you! I booked this to be within the Chelsea area and was a cheaper option to the meatpacking hotels, generally a 10-15 minute walk to the meatpacking so was fine.

Hotel room extremely small along with the bathroom. Bathroom had mildew on walls and corners. Had to convince the front desk clerk that I pre-booked for two double beds prior to my arrival. Ice maker on the basement level which is really dark.
