Room is so small. Bathroom has a tiny vanity. There is no place in the room to put our bags. Room door are so close to the next room door. When the next door is closed，the banging is so loud and it feels like someone just enters our room and shuts the door. I can hear the conversation in the adjacent guess room. Very bad privacy.

Good satisfactory place. Easy location for subway. Layout is very cramped, especially in rooms. Staff is overly helpful. Parking nearby is expensive - but typical for NYC.

Muy buena ubicación, muy linda la zona. La habitación estaba muy bien y era cómoda. El personal era amable. Hicieron siempre la habitación salvo un domingo que recién a las 7 de la tarde querían hacerla y ya era muy tarde. Lo demás todo bien nos sé si el precio no es muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

Construction in the street was noisy up until late Friday night and on Saturday. Saturday night is quiet and room is cost and peaceful

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately we have no control over the noise and they did not give us advance notice about it. We checked and they do have the permits to work until 2 AM. We are speaking with the property manager and trying to come up with a solution. Again, our apologies.

Great hotel in a great location. Was easy for me to walk or take the subway anywhere I needed to go. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The staff were great as well. Will definitely stay here again when back in NYC.

My apologies as well if you feel the staff was unfriendly. This is not at all the experience we want for our guests and we normally get nothing but good compliments about the front desk. I will look into who helped you and do some retraining.

This trip was my first time back to New York in over a decade. I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely the staff and property was. In addition I was so close to parts of Soho that I recall being such a wonderful part of my New York life. Thanks so much for making my 4 days in NY so great!

The hotel staff was wonderful: professional, courteous, friendly, attentive to details. I felt safe and acknowledged. The only thing I did not care for was the constant smell of marijuana inside the premises (and outside, too).
