Excellent value with an even more excellent staff

Pros: The personnel, especially Alison the goddess at the front desk. The rooms are clean, functional and quite. The elevators are efficient.
Cons: For what it offers I don't think it could be improved.
Location: The location is just off the 1 train. Westerville cafe. Balthazar's Bistro. One World.
The staff was to a person wonderful to work with. The Four Points is a small hotel with a lot going for it. The rooms are a good size and most importantly - quite. There is a nice little bar off the lobby and delightful outdoor seating in climate weather. It is just off the 1 train from Penn Station in the SoHo District. Excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance... Actually just around the corner. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly for business or pleasure.

NY 5 Night Couple Vacation

I think that the hotel rooms are a little bit to small and the lobby has a particular perfume smell we didnt liked. The location is very good it is close to nice places on a walking distance as well as some metro stations. The zone feels safe at night. I did liked the cleaning service for the rooms, it was done in the morning on time and early.

Nice hotel great location

Pros: Big bed, friendly staff
Cons: The pillows weren't very good, and as a result I wasn't able to sleep well. It was quite noisy during the middle of the night, but it's NY.
The location of this hotel is great. Very safe and close to some great restaurants. We didn't take any public transportation because everything was in walking distance.

3x noise: Construction, hallway and strikers

Great west village location but major construction next door and striking union laborers made for a very noisy stay. Hotel is run down, staff are efficient but not that friendly. Icing on the cake is the midnight visit to each floor by two guys from the downstairs restaurant yelling, slamming doors and rattling a cart full of dishes and silverware. Unbelievable...

Perfect for the price! Great location, clean and the hotel staff was superb. They were quick efficient and super friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

Jumping point to many different areas

Subway was one block away. Restaurant food needed to improve on service an d quality. Reception staff were amazing!! I would stay here again for sure

Great location for our purposes - Soho.

While this location was perfect for Soho, good price, clean but small rooms, not a big deal if just sleeping after long days out - there was construction next door that started promptly at 7am & was very, very loud. Abrupt start to the day. I know it's NYC - everything being built & worked on, everywhere - but was a bit disappointing.
