Friendly staff. Breakfast was just a bunch of pastries. Sink and shower drained slowly. Bed and pillows could be better.

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location, close to the high line, Chelsea art galleries, and subway. Comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned in the afternoon after we had slept in a bit and left for the day which for us is much preferred. 5 stars!

Friendly staff, comfortable lobby. (However, that blue carpet in front of the couch in the lobby is an accident waiting to happen. It moves and wrinkles and is a trip hazard.) The rooms are clean but definitely on the small side.
