Small hotel

Pros: Position and the fact that it had a kitchen.
Cons: Décor is dated and could do with an update.
Location: In a more residential area and you need to use the subway or bus to get to midtown/uptown.
Smaller hotel but with good in room facilities. The décor is dated but did not detract from the overall stay. Well placed close to subway and buses.

Friendly, personable staff

Charming, discreet, boutique without the attitude. Quiet, feels more like home than a hotel.

Excellent base for the family

Pros: Location Staff Amenities Comfortable beds
Cons: Our room was not available for the first night upon arrival, but Pedro Hilario and the staff handled it very well.

We spent 5 nights with a family of 5, to show the kids NYC. It was a bit windy and chilly, but it didn't spoil the vacation because we were able to go back to our 'apartment' to rest and warm up before going out again.

Clean and conveniently located

Stayed for several nights while my husband was recovering from surgery at a local hospital. the hotel was extremely clean and located very conveniently to many east side hospitals. Though I wasn't there for touristy activities, there were many in the area (serendipity 3 and Dylan's candy bar just a few short blocks away) I would definitely return here in the future.

Convenient upper east side location

Pros: Location, bed was very comfortable, spacious room.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Close to 3rd Ave on 64th St., just a block from subway, lots of eateries nearby. Close to hospitals (Cornell, Rockefeller) and other medical resources
Very comfortable room--much larger than we had expected with separate living room suite and kitchenette (with microwave, stove and dishwasher). Room was very quiet, virtually no traffic noise. Staff were attentive and helpful.

NICE PLACE FOR LONG STAYINGS/LARGE FAMILIES

Cons: THE TOWELS ARE GETTING WRECKED
Location: It's perfect
THE PLACE IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN ALTHOUGH IT NEEDS A REFURBISHING.THE CONVENIENCE OF KITCHEN MAKES IT IDEAL FOR LARGE FAMILIES.TOWELS OUTDATED.

Hotel was gross! Had to have it cleaned and clean it myself. Way overpriced for conditions
