Had to go next door to the marriot for lunch after a long day's travel, and a minimal dinner option so we wound up ordering in. Room and bwd were great, clean, comfortable and very little noise from the hallway. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

The Hampton Inn is ok for a brief stay. It is a convenient to JFK and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is a basic Hampton Inn one. There is very limited dining in the area.

I am angry at myself for being in a hurry and booking this hotel without realizing it was a Hilton property. I suggest you avoid not only this location, but the entire Hilton chain as I have resolved to do. I have had NUMEROUS clearly worn-out mattresses at various Hilton properties recently so badly sagging to the center they were unsleepable. At this location our thoroughly worn comforter had MANY fraying edges. An HVAC vent high on the wall had NO adjustability blowing air right at the heads of anyone in bed. And the Restaurant was really a small bar open only from 5-10 PM with about a dozen small plates. I could go on, but I refuse to waste ANY more time on ANYTHING to do with Hilton and what it has become. Somewhere a man named Conrad is probably spinning in his grave.

They say they have 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Went downstairs at 4:50 am to get the shuttle. All the pilots and airline staff got priority and the rest of us were not allowed in. There was another shuttle that just sat there and the star refused to have it used until 5:30 am. By that time there were to many people to get on the shuttle. Can not imagine this is a new problem. Get more shuttles and live up to what you advertise. The staff at the desk refused to call a manager to problem solve. Argh

Hotel was fine for an overnight while waiting on a connecting flight. Clean linen, quiet room. The breakfast would be better to be a rolling buffet given most people are departing very early for flights, we missed out as we left before it started.

The "valet parking" requires a reservation, not for the hotel, but a separate reservation and the "lot was full" for my stay, forcing me to park on the street in a residential neighborhood and drag my luggage two city blocks to the hotel. The "valet" only parks cars in the lot. The neighborhood around the hotel has no good restaurant choices, and the hotel restaurant does not open until 4 pm and has a very limited menu with one server running the bar and trying to keep up with orders as the bartender. You need to plan to travel to another part of the city if you are looking for a meal. The hotel room was good size, but the gaps in the door and frame are over 1/4 inch wide so it does not feel very secure to me.

Street parking was easy to find bc valet was maxed. Quiet area even though it’s by the airport. Front desk was very Nice. Room was clean and i slept great!

Nothing to write home about but a place to sleep. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and there was no vent to suck the smell out or the moisture from the shower. So everything in there just got wet. Also, I wish when I booked it that either the hotel or Expedia had told me a “parking reservation” was needed. Instead I had to find unsecured parking on the street. In NYC I was a bit weary. Luckily it was still there in the AM with no damage. On site food was meh so we went to the Marriott next door for dinner. Breakfast didn’t open up until 6am so if you have an early flight, forget about that.

We just stayed there to sleep for a few hours during a layover at JFK. We really did not see anything other than the lobby and our room, but the guy who checked us in and the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport were phenomenal.

A shocking hotel. The entrance looks like the back entrance of a property. My guess is there must be a high level of danger in this area due to the extra security bults on the hotel door. The only good thing i can say is there is a shuttle bus to the airport

Crazy busy as you would expect for JFK, but they all handled it like pros. Able to check in, get some food and beer and watch March Madness before getting some sleep for an early flight. Clean, comfortable room.

I liked that they had a bar with light bar food options available. I also liked the fact that the shuttle is available 24 hrs a day abd runs every 30 mins, as per the front desk staff.

The shuttle pick up is not from terminal, we had to take air train and had a long walk back and force untill funally figuring out the location of he shuttle. Then the shuttle left without us! We had to request it again, wait for 20 minutes and then it was stopping to pick up some staff. Overall it took almost 2 hours to get to the hotel - very inconvienient. The hotel itself is very dated, not clean and definitely not worth the money I have spend for 2 nights there.
