Feel convenient and fine, everywhere is easily accessible. A seaport nearby and business center and towns.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are small, but maybe ok for NYC standards. My biggest issue was with parking. If the hotel is asking guests to park in a certain place, they need to be upfront on all the rules. The front desk did not explain the rules for parking and we landed up paying $28 to park for half an hour. I complained and they were very apologetic and refunded me the money. But the overall incident left a sour taste.

Nice rooms, friendly staff

Posted Dec 27, 2016
Pros: Location, price, cleanliness... everything!
Cons: Lobby could be bigger, but hey it's NYC.
Location: China Town going left or green line 4/5 subway other direction.
Perfect location, easy walking distance to green 4/5 subway, or Chinatown; clean rooms with linen rack in hall, mattress felt great; typical Hampton Inn b'fast, space a bit tight; nice hot beverages in lobby. Tricky finding it with a small sign. Easier to see Jehovahs Witness Kingdom Hall on corner of building, drive past building, take R behind building, take R will see school on left in same building, park at Laz parking lot on L. Attendants nice, tell them staying at Hampton Inn. Walk toward school then go L toward front of building, Hampton Inn entrance middle of building before Kingdom Hall.

Checked at midnight and only stayed for a few hours as my wife was going through early labor. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The complementary breakfast exceeded expectations and the coffee was very good. Fresh fruit, Belgian waffle station, cheese omelettes, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, muffins, danishes, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal. The only complain about the hotel was the weak shower head pressure.

Nice place in Manhattan

Good location to stay without breaking your bank. It is about two or three blocks from two different subway stations. Hot breakfast is a plus, which could save you money as well. Two blocks away from the Brooklyn Bridge which is a must-go landmark.
