very friendly staff, good location.Posted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: location, it looks sketchy because it on a small street that looks kind of like a dark alley at night, but no issues whatsoever.
Cons: breakfast. eggs without pork. and parking (they don't have any, you have to park in an offsite garage at $45/night)
Location: great location, G village, soho, or train. 2 or 3 blocks over, you can find any and everything off bleeker, or ask bartender, she was awesome.
We arrived early, thinking we were going to have to wait.... Nope, they had a room for us all ready. we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who could tell our flight in took a toll. He gave us snack packs, water and made the check in quick and easy. staff was always accommodating from my request for toiletries to extra coffee and parking in front temporarily.

The hotel is well located in SOHO near restaurants, subway stations and main avenues. Be aware that the front of the hotel is under construction. If you stay in the lower level guestrooms, be aware that you will not have peace between 7:30am and 4pm. The breakfast is excellent, considering that most hotels in NYC does not include it in the nightly rate.

Impressive, affordable hotel in SoHoPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Location, general cleanliness and comfort, staff and breakfast.
Cons: Washroom could be a bit cleaner and if possible, indicate which rooms (if any) include a mini fridge.
Location: Lots of great places to eat and tons of shopping within walking distance.
Was very happy with my stay at the Hampton Inn in SoHo. The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. The room was clean and had most of what I needed (just did not include a mini fridge for snacks/take out, which I generally like). Overall, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. What I was most surprised about was the complimentary breakfast - I was expecting a standard continental breakfast with pastries but breakfast was a full spread of hot and cold items. The dining area was also a wonderful place to sit in. Location is fantastic for anyone who is averse to staying right in mid-town/Times Square. With so many positives, plus the fact that it is very affordable for NYC, I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Nothing!!! I loved checking in early!!! That was great!!! Thank you to the young lady with the beautiful eyes!!! Sorry I can't remember her name :(

Nice hotel not too far away from the city centre.Posted Sep 6, 2015
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Variety of food for breakfast.
The hotel was nice. It was appropriate for city break. It location is good as it is not too far away from the main sightseeing places. The breakfast was ok, but more variety is needed eg. ham and cheese was missing from the menu. Plus there was no free parking. This were the only downsides I can think of. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Overall, good value for money!
