We took a taxi from the airport to this hotel and it was hard for us to find this place because there was no sign outside. There was a lot of construction in this area, but we eventually saw the small building number. The front desk service was amazing. They were so friendly and made check-in and check-out easy for us. Whenever we needed a taxi, they had someone get one for us. We were also able to reserve a taxi for our 7 AM flight through the front desk, which was very convenient for us. Our room was clean when we arrived and the washroom was really small. They did not clean our rooms properly, there were a few stains on our bedsheets so we took it off and put it on the floor (to make it easier for them to put on new sheets), but they just folded the same sheets and put it on top of our nightstand. We only got clean bedsheets when we saw the cleaning lady outside our door and asked her to give us new bedsheets. On the bright side, all our towels were changed everyday. Unfortunately, they only serve cold breakfast (there's no hot food options) and you have to pay for that. Luckily, there were many breakfast places around so we were able to have breakfast elsewhere. The location of this hotel is GOLD. We love how its minutes away from Koreatown, Greely Square, Empire State... etc. We were able to walk to the NY Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, and Times Square. There's also a CVS nearby to buy bottled water. For the price that we got, I would come back again!
