The staff was the BEST!! My 10 year old son and I flew to NY for a few days for Spring Break. The staff really made us feel like family. You can tell they genuinely care.

I booked the hotel for a weekend as I had plans for my daughter's 16th birthday. When we arrived their was garbage bags and bins in front of the property blocking the loading zone. It made it inconvenient to unload our luggage. Once inside the property it had a stale odor which got worse on the elevator ride and in our room. The hall are tight; you can touch the walls of you spread your elbows. The rooms was dirty, stale smelling covered by a fragrance spray of sorts, and dusty. When we pulled back the bed covers and corners (as we always do at hotels) there were stains on the sheets and mattress covers. The blankets were knit material and dingy. The bathroom had mild corners and a dirty toilet under the seat. We were disappointed. I called the front desk and they offered me new bedding that I would have to put on myself. We could not stay there and canceled the remainder of our stay. It was 11 pm when we arrived. We sat in the car to search for other accommodation. We were blessed to find a marriott in midtown Times Square area at 130 am. I am grateful for God’s favor!!!! We ended having an amazing weekend.

Location is excellent. Easy access to multiple subway stations. Flower district makes for a colorful street. Rooms are fine. Nothing fancy but they’re in good condition and cleaned daily. Staff is friendly but didn’t interact with the much. The lobby is tiny and there’s no real place to gather. Elevators are problematic. There are only two and they’re too small and we were late to two reservations bc they kept being full over and over. Breakfast at $15 is not worth it, but multiple good options close by.

Overall we had a great stay. Always greeted when we entered the property. There was always security at the door. Ease of getting to the room. The only issue was the last day when housekeeper bothered us 3 times to see if we checked out and we told them every time the time we were checking out.

Rating is closer to a 6.5 - hotel is older and has not been updated in a while. Hotel staff was attentive and personable, but room accommodations were lackluster. Bedskirts were not appropriately fitted, duvets were worn and snagged. Luckily we only needed a one night, I couldn’t bear a linger stay at this location. Unfortunately this has been my experience with Hiltons as of late, since pandemic the chain has not met the quality that I was accustomed.

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Penn station was a 7 minute walk. Times Square is an 18 minute walk. Taxis are always in sight. Outside the hotel, sidewalks are lined with vendors beautiful flowers everyday. House keeping tidied my room everyday but a little more care needs to be taken with the bathroom as when you look in the bathroom mirror you can see grime building up in the face basin corners at the front. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave which I also appreciated. I would return to the hotel and recommend it to others.

Nice hotel if you are looking for a good value for that area. Proximity to Times Square, stores and shopping. Downside is hotel room is a little small and needs some updating. No parking available whatsoever. But staff was friendly and no issues at all. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was nice but our view was of the AC units even though i requested a city view. It is in the flower district or something like that so plants line the block which was nice. Easy walk to Madison square garden. Ubers take about 30 seconds to arrive so that is helpful if you want to go to Little Italy/chinatown. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were great and had luggage hold for us. Early check in too which was great. Front door was unfortunately broken during our stay, didn't effect our stay just more of an eyesore. Also our vent in the bathroom made a loud squeaking noise anytime we turned it on.

Double entrance but one side broken and other door was hanging off for at least 5 days Almost an hour to check in even though only 2 people in front. Others had been waiting longer! Foyer looked run down, paintwork scratched and chipped. Mould in bathroom, black marks on bedding and beds which are probably 10 years over due for a change but with such a dip in the middle at least you wouldnt roll off in the night Breakfast advertised as available (at extra cost) but sign outside saying due to state laws they could only offer continental.

We took a taxi from the airport to this hotel and it was hard for us to find this place because there was no sign outside. There was a lot of construction in this area, but we eventually saw the small building number. The front desk service was amazing. They were so friendly and made check-in and check-out easy for us. Whenever we needed a taxi, they had someone get one for us. We were also able to reserve a taxi for our 7 AM flight through the front desk, which was very convenient for us. Our room was clean when we arrived and the washroom was really small. They did not clean our rooms properly, there were a few stains on our bedsheets so we took it off and put it on the floor (to make it easier for them to put on new sheets), but they just folded the same sheets and put it on top of our nightstand. We only got clean bedsheets when we saw the cleaning lady outside our door and asked her to give us new bedsheets. On the bright side, all our towels were changed everyday. Unfortunately, they only serve cold breakfast (there's no hot food options) and you have to pay for that. Luckily, there were many breakfast places around so we were able to have breakfast elsewhere. The location of this hotel is GOLD. We love how its minutes away from Koreatown, Greely Square, Empire State... etc. We were able to walk to the NY Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, and Times Square. There's also a CVS nearby to buy bottled water. For the price that we got, I would come back again!

Rooms was smelling mildew, carpet dirty and room overall old, dark. Staff informed all rooms were the same, luckly we found another hotel close by, but as they only had availability starting on sunday we had to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. All of us ended up with allergies and on antihistamines, terrible. I am a Hilton member and was surprised on the low stardard at this property.

Hotel is convient, close to subway and walking distance to many attractions. Our bathroom was disgusting. Ceiling was peeling, hair in the shower, rust around the tub. Beds are not horrible but not comfortable either. I'm not one to complain but I don't understand how some people gave this hotel 5 stars. We only stayed here because we initially booked 3 nights at another hotel (RIU Times Square, which I gave 5 stars). We wanted to come to NYC a day earlier then planned but the RIU was booked for the extra day ealier so we booked this hotem for one night before going to the RIU. Thank goodness it was only 1 night, I wouldn't stay here again. It's fine for 1 night if nothing better is available.
