Hotel was decent for a short stay. Easy access to subway and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is very confortable with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Ended up staying an extra day (although payed a lot more for that day)

Pros: location

Huge room for NYC with large, luxurious bath.

I was wonderfully surprised at how awesome This hotel was. Incredibly reasonable for an early January stay. Only hope the rates remain this affordable !

Close to Times Square

Location: Within walking distance: Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden and Times Square. Subway connection to almost any and all other major attractions.
This hotel is in a perfect location, very safe, although they are doing some construction but don't let that stop you. I was able to walk to Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden and Times Square from the hotel, and there is a Subway connection to the NQR and FM trains just within a few minute walk - which will take you anywhere else you want to go. There's also a lot of pubs and restaurants in the area within walking distance. Their own bar seems to close fairly early (pre-11PM) which was a bit disappointing; but they have beer, soda, wine, water, and snacks, and bathroom necessities available to buy in their hotel store which is open 24/7. I had a king size bed in a small room but since it was only me it was fine. I had a nice dresser drawer for all my clothes, a desk and chair, a fridge and a microwave. All the staff were VERY nice and professional and extremely helpful!

Convenient Location near Metro

Location: Located on the same block as the 28th street metro station, as well as a McDonald's and Duane Reade.
I decided to stay here for my birthday weekend with my best friend. We arrived about 20 minutes before check in and were told that our room was not yet ready but that we were free to leave our bags there and explore the city, and they would call me when the room was ready. We arrived back at the hotel about an hour later and went up to our room. The front desk, housekeeping, bell hops, and maintenance that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Do keep in mind that there is construction directly outside the hotel (I think they're building a Hyatt on the corner if I remember correctly). It did not impact our stay since we were on a higher floor but the workers were out all night the weekend we stayed (the 9th-11th). I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice hotel

The staff has great customer service. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Thw wifi keeps dropping making it difficult to use. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!
