Wonderful hotel. Great location on a quieter street just a few steps from Maceys, great shopping and food outlets just a walk away. Easy to sightseeing by walking from this location. Also next to a subway. Room large for a city hotel, 2 double beds, fridge microwave, and coffee machine. Iron and board in cupboard. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The lady who checked us in was amazing!! Super friendly, she let us check in 3 hours early and upgraded our rooms to the top floor. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful

Great location! So convenient when it comes to the subway being just a few feet from the hotel entrance. Lots of restaurants around the area, since it's Koreatown. Only thing we didn't like was the bum that was lying down between the subway station and the hotel. He was there for at least 4 out of the 7 days during our stay. But he didn't bother anyone and kept to himself. The hotel is a way from Times Square where it can get overwhelming and crowded. But if you wanted to see it, you can walk there. As for the cafe/restaurant on site, we didn't try it out as there are so many other options in the neighborhood and you can always take the subway to another area. The room was clean and big enough for the two of us. We loved that they provided a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Our friends who stayed at a boutique hotel did not have a microwave or coffee maker! The elevators were fast and efficient. Did not have any problems with too many people or having a line for the elevator like our friends who stayed at the boutique hotel. There was a 15-20 minute on one day with 50 people standing in line! So glad we stayed at the Hilton!

Front desk staff were all very friendly and professional. Our room was on the 27th floor, amazing city views, nice and quiet for New York. Spacious room for 4 people and really comfortable beds. A little old fashioned, but for the price and location, this was a great option for a tourist visit. Would recommend.

We didn’t receive any of our HH Benefits because we booked through Expedia. We requested maid service on the 2nd day and didn’t receive it. On the third day, we left tabaco products on the desk, and were accused of smoking in our room. We DID NOT smoke in the room. Although it is not stated anywhere in the policy, apparently having the substance on property is also against the rules. Mercedes was rude and short and unwilling to help us at all. I do NOT recommend. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area. We will not be back.

Great location! Rooms were fairly spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. I slept well despite being a light sleeper. Great service provided by the front desk. I would give 5 stars except for the dining staff. The breakfast dining has a lot of selections, but the staff were borderline rude insinuating I was going to leave without paying for my coffee. Aside from that, this is a great hotel for families.

The location was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. Nice little bar. Nice snack area. Nice breakfast options. Housekeeping was very good. The shower was super. The only negative was the bed. It was not at all comfortable.

This is a pretty average NYC hotel. The room was fine, the view from the upper floors is good. I wasn't planning on spending much time in the room and was looking for a good value and this place was fine. I needed a late check out and they accommodated me. This was my second stay here.

I think the 9 rating review for this location was very misleading, this hotel is well located, but very old, and they offer breakfast but its the most basic and uninteresting hotel breakfast ive ever had, they basically give one waffle and a water. one fruit and thats all. The room was old and carpet was dirty.bathroom was very clean. and bed was comfortable. not my favorite stay but for one night it was ok, would not spend my entire stay at this hotel This was not a great hotel and its ratings are very misleading

The hotel is fine, nice and clean. The staff on the other hand was not the best. We got there early and the room wasn't ready. We didn't mind, they acknowledged us by name and told us the room would be ready in a few. We were fine, checked our bags and ventured off. When we got back they told us our room was cancelled. We were shocked and surprise because they had just told us everything was fine with our room. On Thrusday, my husband and I came back to the room carrying a sleeping child in his hand. They were so inconsiderate and inconvenient, but most of all dismissive. The manager took a ridiculous time to reinstate the room claiming it was expedia's fault. My kids were literally in the lobby sleeping, my husband had to change my kid in a public bathroom. There was no consideration or credit given per our printed copy of the room receipt. We are so disappointed by the experience and hope to receive some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

This hotel definitely got the job done but we weren’t big fans of the area it’s in which obviously isn’t the fault of the hotel itself. Our room was small but had all of the amenities you’d expect. It’s very close to a subway station and Bryant Park which was great. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in midtown that is a bit removed from Times Square I’d say this is a great option.

I like that the hotel is accessible to everything like the train, shopping, dining and entertainment. The only thing I didn't like but can't control is parking and the garage prices are too high.

The location is EXCELLENT for shopping and the use of mass transit. Macy's is only a few steps away as are the subway stations. Madison Square Gardens is a very short walk away and Times Square is only one stop away on the subway. Eats are plenty and diverse. Having visited NYC many times, this is one of my favorite hotels. The place is clean, up to date and the staff go about their jobs in a warm, knowledgeable and efficient manner.
