The hotel is fine, nice and clean. The staff on the other hand was not the best. We got there early and the room wasn't ready. We didn't mind, they acknowledged us by name and told us the room would be ready in a few. We were fine, checked our bags and ventured off. When we got back they told us our room was cancelled. We were shocked and surprise because they had just told us everything was fine with our room. On Thrusday, my husband and I came back to the room carrying a sleeping child in his hand. They were so inconsiderate and inconvenient, but most of all dismissive. The manager took a ridiculous time to reinstate the room claiming it was expedia's fault. My kids were literally in the lobby sleeping, my husband had to change my kid in a public bathroom. There was no consideration or credit given per our printed copy of the room receipt. We are so disappointed by the experience and hope to receive some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
