Great location. Nice size rooms. I didn’t like the “urban fee” that is charged daily. It sounds like you are getting a great rate but the fee adds up quickly!

I was very surprised the kleenex and toilet paper was awful. This new urbun charge is rediculous. No paper daily. The airport Hilton was great why does this property had to be so cheap.
It was horrible wrong room a day and a half to move us first room was filthy and i mean filthy old food on carpet dust was coughing with it plus it was drab dreary old the give us breakfast vouchers for one breakfast and even that was awful give it a miss if i was you
Coming from a journey and waiting in line for two- three hours is absolutely unacceptable especially at a Hilton. What is the point of paying so much? And to have the woman at the front desk give major attitude. Not to mention the manager “did you just get here?” I swear, the look I gave that woman was enough. Then I find out she is handing out free vouchers to some individuals and forgot about people who were waiting in line prior. That is ridiculous. At the front desk after a three hour wait, the woman tells me that the rooms I reserved Aden not available and that I will have to use roll in beds. A roll on bed is not for an adult. I am extremely disappointed... this can’t be Hilton... elevators are slow, staff is rude, our rooms ventilation was barely working... never have experienced this before. I have been to this property before and experienced something completely different. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 100$ and stay at the Marriott grand marquis- it is worth every penny.
