Good location, few stops on Subway to Manhattan

Comfortable and clean, a little outdated in places and breakfast could of been better presented.

Great service, nice hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by quiet our stay was. The room was spacious, nicely decorated with the right amount of furniture for two people-no clutter. The best part of our stay was eating dinner at the all-you-can-eat salad bar. The food was varied with dishes I had not tasted before. My husband ordered the BBQ meats that were brought to the table on large skewers by the staff. The front desk personnel (Pamela especially) were very helpful.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Pros: Die nächtliche Ruhe
Cons: Dusch-/Haarpflegemittel waren sind besonders.
Location: Long Island City (Queens) - Subway nach Manhattan sehr nahe.
Ruhige Lage und dennoch durch Subway-Anbindung schnell in Manhattan. Die Subway-Station ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Einfaches Hotel, wenn man aber vom Trubel Manhattan vor allem nachts verschont bleiben möchte, ist das Hotel ideal. Zimmer war geräumig. Empfehlung: Das Hotel sollte auf seiner Homepage erwähnen, wie man kostengünstig zu den Flughäfen kommt bzw. vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Das ist aus meiner Sicht der größte Nachteil am Hotel bzw. seiner Lage. Kostengünstige Shuttles fahren nur Hotels in Manhattan an, nicht z.B. Queens. Mit dem Taxi kostet es doch einiges. Vom JFK zum Hotel haben wir einen Supershuttle gebucht, der preislich OK war. Vom Hotel zum Flughafen Newark gestaltete sich das ganze etwas schwieriger. Das Supershuttle wäre ziemlich teuer gewesen. Wir haben den öffentlich Newark Bustransfer genommen, der viertelstündlich u.a. vom Bus Terminal in Manhattan fährt. Mit der Subway sind wir zum Bus Terminal gekommen (etwas anstrengend mit schweren Koffern, aber es geht).

Great view from the Manhattan Suite

Pros: Great staff, close enough to the subway station, bed is nice.
Cons: I didn't originally purchase the huge suite, so not complaining. But if I had, it was a lot of wasted space.
Location: Not much nearby, need to go to Manhattan for that! Subway station close enough to walk.
We were upgraded to the Manhattan Suite from 2 queen beds. Awesome view of the city, but the giant windows are overkill, and the 2 balconies too small to use, all that space as 1 would be fine. The space of the suite is wasted unless you have tons of stuff with you. A 2nd bed would be better than the sofa-bed. Meanwhile, it was a median US Hotel in terms of "luxury", staff are great though, didn't get to try the restaurant but looking in from the computer it looked pretty appetizing, and it was definitely crowded on Sat. night.

Great location but room is small

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Size of the room. Overall clean room except one day found a sock that wasn't ours.
Location: Not much to do in the immediate location but easy to get to the subway and then to the main attractions in a short period of time.
The location was great since it is near a subway stop it only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the theater district and the main attractions. The room was however rather small and sometimes a bit difficult to move around. Staff was always extremely helpful when we had questions and I really felt they went out of their way to help us. We asked for directions, they would help. We asked for extra coffee, it didn't take long. Overall, for a hotel in New York City, great value for what you pay.

Buena ubicación cerca de estación metro Queensboro

Pros: Ubicación y que es nuevo.
Cons: Internet y encargado del bar.
Location: Long Island City y Manhattan cruzando el hudson.
Internet pésimo, tres veces llame a recepción porque no tenía buena conexión, Entre los servicios que ofrece dice internet wifi free, pero eso que ofrecen es un desastre, cada que llamaba porque no andaba, subia una persona a recetear el router, hasta que se hizo tarde y ya no estaba disponible. Al final quede desconectado de internet por los 4 días de alojamiento. Otra cosa es que no tenia el canal del partido de la copa america en la habitación y baje al bar del hotel para verlo y como no había ordenado nada, me pidieron que desaloje la mesa...
