Pros: WIFI
Cons: bättre städning på alla allmäna platser....entre och lobby på hotell
Location: central park
Entre smutsigt, område på natten var inte bra\dålig med säkerhet, den enda bra med hotellet var WIFI på rummet! Men resten var inte värd för priserna som de har!!

Muy recomendable por ubicación, wifi gratis y desayuno incluido. Lo único molesto es que los ascensores siempre están colapsados y demoran mucho.

Great staff in a pretty good hotel

Pros: The staff, the location, the size of the room, the view,
Cons: Updated carpetting. Double sinks inside the bathroom. No charging to borrow wine glasses. (ridiculous)
Location: We were steps away from Central Park and Time Square without being right in the middle of the mayhem!
For the most part, we were pleased with our stay. The biggest stand-out though, was how friendly and kind the staff was. When asked for matches at the front desk, the same woman who enthusiastically welcomed us to the hotel offered to lend my husband her lighter! Same woman gave us complimentary drinks at the bar because it was our anniversary. The room was large for NYC. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was curious as to what made it a deluxe king room vs a regular king room, but I didn't ask. The floor we were on was quiet and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally locked our keys in the room one morning and our housekeeper let us in since she had seen us exit the room a little while earlier. The hotel held our luggage for us on the last day, free of charge, so we did not have to cart it around the city while we waited to take the train home.

Excellent location. About a 15 minute walk to Times Square and plenty of amenities around

New York Trip

Good location.

Pros: location.
Cons: The bathrooms need updating - new commode, a shelf for extra towels and doors that shut without getting stuck. Also another arm chair would look good!
Location: Lots of good restaurants. The Lincoln Center, St. Paul's Church, Fordham University and Julliard.
We stayed here because of the proximity to the Lincoln Center, Julliard and Fordham Universities. Clean rooms - could use a second arm chair in the space. The bathrooms are unusually cramped and quite old. The commode in particular with the ancient flush handle made us wonder if we were in a public bathroom! We asked for a change of room because the bathroom door would not shut. We were moved by a very polite front desk staff, from Tower B to Tower A. Not much difference in the bathroom though. Everything was clean though and the staff were polite so we were somewhat satisfied. Parking is a rip off . They charge $ 45 for the day but every time you take your car out in a day, you are charged. There are cheaper garages around the corner.

Amazing hotel

Everyone is just so friendly, the rooftop pool is so nice. It was just a great experience over all.
