Pleasantly nicePosted Nov 22, 2015
The major let down was the check in time, too late. We could not get in our room until 2:00PM, others let us in at 10AM. Other than that, room was small and narrow but large in its own way. The bed was a full size even though we requested a king, but we made it work. Room was very clean and no complaints room wise. Overall it was a lovely room and a great location, there's a lot of food choices (a lot) within walking distance. Highly recommend it

Perfect hotel to fit our needs!Posted Nov 21, 2015
Pros: The hotel has a restaurant/bar attached which makes it a convenient place to eat after a long day of walking around!
Cons: More staff for the restaurant that is attached.
Location: Short walk to the World Trade Center Memorial, Battery Park, and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
My mom and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend sightseeing trip! We arrived early Friday and were able to check our bags at the hotel while we explored, since it was before check-in time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering suggestions of places to eat nearby. On Sunday we were also able to keep our bags at the hotel after check-out while we visited the Statue of Liberty. I would absolutely stay at this hotel during my next visit to the city. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the World Trade Center Memorial, numerous restaurants, and the subway.

Location: Within walking distance to Staten Island ferry terminal.
Walkable, clean, feels new, lives UP to its brand. Staff were friendly. Subway station within ~5 minutes walk. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts downstairs. Wifi (password provided at check-in; didn't use so not sure if it's free).

Ok experiencePosted Nov 12, 2015
I know that hotels in New York are very expensive. But seriously? my room was on second floor and the noise the air conditioner made was so loud that I could not fall into sleep!! The room was so small that they had to put the tray and coffee machine on the bed... There was no hair dryer in the bathroom I had to call to get one. And what's worse is that I they did not clean the trash can and the tissue box.... However, the hotel is very close to wall street. So if you don't have the budget to live in a fancy hotel and you have to live close to wall street, here is an ok option for you. But remember to tell the front desk to get you to a higher floor....

Pros: It was within walking distance to 911 Memorial and Museum, in the financial district.
Located walking distance from Fulton subway station. Paid $10 for breakfast, it was okay. They kept our luggage after we checked out so we could sight see.

My new go-to hotel in NYCPosted Oct 14, 2015
I was traveling on business and very nervous about being a young female traveling alone (my last trip to NYC included a taxi accident resulting in serious injuries, so my nerves were extra sensitive) The staff was probably the most welcoming I've ever encountered, especially Tanya (I believe her name was) at the front desk. I arrived an hour or so before check in time but they had a room for me; a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, and they even let me print out documents I needed at 2am for a meeting the next day. The free breakfast was delicious, and saved me cash, which is always appreciated. Without a doubt I would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone visiting the Financial District of New York!

Great LocationPosted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: Staff and it was clean
Location: Wall Street, Ground Zero, Brooklyn Bridge, China Town
The hotel is at a great location. Was able to walk to many things from the hotel including ground zero, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, and China Town. From China Town took the subway to Tines Square and then walked to Central Park. The subway was easy to navigate and the NYPD are awesome when you are lost. The hotel staff were very nice (and not a fake nice) they really interacted with you. Loved the hotel and location.
