Decent HotelPosted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: Loved the shower and the bathrobe! Free WiFi was nice, too.
Location: Kind of an odd, isolated location, but easy access to the subway and only a few stops away from areas with more going on.
Overall, I had a good experience. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and eager to provide information. The room was small, but comfortable. It was clean, but the paint was scuffed in some places on the cabinets and lower walls. The main downside: I was told that breakfast was included, and started at 7am. When I went down right at 7, the lights were still off and nothing was set up. I was told that the girl who sets it up wasn't there yet. This was frustrating since I had an early meeting and couldn't wait around to see when breakfast would actually be available. I suspect that the majority of their guests are not traveling for business, and can be more leisurely, but keep this in mind if you have to be anywhere early.

Loved my stay!Posted Nov 17, 2015
Very nice hotel, clean with a modern look. This one is close to the subway very nice continental breakfast. Staff was very polite. The bar wasn't finished yet but i wasnt interested in that anyway. It was quiet and the rooms we're quite cozy, small but cozy, but its New York so please expect that in the majority of places. All in all I will definetly use this hotel again.

Motel anyone?Posted Nov 16, 2015
I just don't understand why after my room is made up, each and every day of my 5 night stay, I had to then ask for towels. Every day. And the debacle between Expedia and the hotel regarding my stay... Don't even bother.

Nice Hotel in Brooklyn for a pretty good deal!Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: Comfortable, CLEAN, free parking, subway nearby, lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: I stayed two nights, and had to request towels/washcloths both mornings.
Location: Restaurants! Shops! Subway to Manhattan!
Loved this place. Hot waffles, free parking, very friendly staff, and a cool vibe. Lots of good restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Subway station very nearby too, so you can get into NYC quickly. Good place! I don't think you can do any better for the money this close to Manhattan.

Don't stay here.Posted Nov 10, 2015
Cons: Hire new staff.
Location is not good. There is nothing around there. Only good thing about the location is the subway is relatively close. The staff was rude. The elevator was slow. The tv remote was absolutely disgusting and the reaction I got when I requested it to be cleaned was not the hospitable response I should have been given. Again, rude staff, rude staff, rude staff. Horrible interactions with the front desk staff. Would never stay here again or suggest anyone else stay here.

Great value for your moneyPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: The washroom it was the best in terms of decoration and design. The rain shower was delightful and the toilet had the dual function if you care about
If you are on a budget this hotel is perfect. The location of the hotel is not perfect, but is close to the subway and it is the rooms are pleasing. The elevator takes for ever to come up or down. The bed is good and if you like watching tv they have different streaming services and open channels with a good size screen.

Conveniently located close to our son's apartment.Posted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: The location and the breakfast that is offered.
Cons: The elevator is very slow. Not sure that can be changed, though.
Location: Hotel is in a Hispanic neighborhood, so many Hispanic stores & restaurants are nearby. There is a nice Turkish restaurant nearby.
I was only there overnight, but I had pretty much everything that I needed. The only thing missing was enough regular coffee. An error had been made, and the room was stocked with 3 decaf k-cups and 1 regular k-cup instead of two of each.
