The property is nice, room has always been great when we come out to visit. Except this time we found a condom wrapper in our room. The front desk, Jimmy, was horrible. When I had asked a few questions, he did not answer very clearly and mumbled to himself, I had to ask a couple of times to clarify what he was saying and he responded at one point he was talking to himself. He did not greet or when over the hotel briefing, at the very least he should give us directions to the room. He was not helpful at all.The staff after him was great except for the one who I told the condom to about, she just looked and said ”oh” and I told her to make sure to tell the cleaning staff. Very mixed bag of customer service here.
