HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

This is my second response to your inquiry. I cannot believe you sent this to me again. While I was only a few miles away I got a call that the hotel was overbooked and I had to call customer service to find out what other hotel was booked for me. When I got to your hotel the rep at the desk was kind enough to call and find out were I had to go which was ten miles away. I paid for a room at your hotel in full on july 16 th. What a horrible experience. If I treated my clients like this I would be out of business !
