Front desk staff were unprofessional from the time I checked in and despite the shift, they were all just had a lot of unnecessary attitude. The Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. My boyfriend ended up getting very sick so we unfortunately had to book another night but switch rooms, and the customer service regarding the matter was awful. I went out to get some things since they literally have nothing to offer and when I inquired with the lady at the front desk about our options she randomly said “Don’t get mad at me, it’s not my fault you’re sick.” Not once did I place blame on her or get upset, but this rubbed me the wrong way. They made us keys for a new room so I packed everything up and on our way up all to find out someone was still in the room, had to wait longer and when we finally swapped I inquired with housekeeping about the dust and particles all over the room and she said they don’t change the filters, pulled one out and more dust came flying everywhere. In the new room, it was the same issue and even after I asked them to be changed, the particles arose and settled everywhere: in our food, our hair and lashes, all over our clothes and in our noses. When I called and asked for ice, they took 4 hours to bring up 1 bottle of water when that’s not what I asked for. I would NEVER stay here again. It’s overpriced with nothing to offer and horrible staff.
