Modern & Comfortable

Made a last minute reservation and very pleased the way everything turned out. The room was very comfortable and the staff was exceptional; very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very modern with great style. The bed was SO comfortable and I slept as if though I was in my own bed. If I had to pick on something it would be that the breakfast choices were very limited. Besides this item the overall experience was excellent.

Service and cleaningness is not their strengh

We arrived at 5 pm. In the room the air condition did not work. The bathroom floor/tiles were very dirty so were the closet inside. We tried to open the balcony door to air out the room which was terrible hot and muggy when we first entered it but it did not stay open. There was no stopper as well. We ordered our breakfast on time as we was explained at the front desk. No breakfast was ever delivered. I called the front desk and they said maybe we did not ordered. Very very dissapointed. So there was no effort of bringing any breakfast.

Hôtel agréable et bien tenu, proche du métro qui permet un accès facile à Manhattan pour le prix d'un ticket de métro. La corbeille de pommes mise à disposition à la réception était bien agréable après une journée de marche

High tech hotel!

Hotel was very clean, with a friendly staff. We had difficulty figuring out how to work the shower (could only get scalding hot water) and the TV remote. The room was comfortable but very high tech and had no privacy for bathroom facilities (no separation - just a curtain to pull around shower). The free breakfast was minimal - and delivered to the door (no breakfast area or lobby on the premises).

I was supposed to have a deluxe room and was given an accessible room instead. While it was still ok I would've preferred a regular room. The tv remote wasn't functioning, so I couldn't use it until the next day. The drawers in the room are all very small so it's hard to fit clothes in them. The coffee maker was the kreurig style which isn't conducive to making the kind of tea I like. That all being said, the room is quite nice,very clean, the bed is really comfortable, and the people are all very nice.

Comfortable hotel in Park Slope

I stayed for two nights and found the hotel very comfortable and very welcoming. The staff were very helpful.

Dilapidated Brooklyn Park Slope hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel condition, inside and out.
Location: Good restaurants , access to subway.
The TV worked on and off as did the AC / Heat. The bed sheets did not fit. They were bunched in different areas and added to the lack of comfort while attempting to sleep. Large white stains on brown rug. Crown molding pulling away from wall. Lobby dirty. Overall not a good experience.
