I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly to include a really great bartender. (I believe his name was Matthew and I hope I didn’t get that wrong.) Rooms were pleasant. The rooms were clean with the exception of a black hair in the bathtub and we don’t have black hair so not sure the bathtub was cleaned. The hallways were not as nice as the rooms. They could stand a refresh. The only downside was the noise. This was not the hotel’s fault but rather the people across the hall. They kept setting off the fire alarm (after 11:00 PM) and there was a lot of noise in general coming from that room. All in all, if you are staying in this area in Brooklyn, I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We checked in at 3pm, went to dinner and around midnight-1am when we came back to our room, there was clothing and other belongings that were not ours! The front desk gave our room to someone else while we went to dinner!! Our stuff was moved around and the hotel did nothing to help us or make us feel safe. How are you not checking your room system when checking people in to the rooms? Very poorly managed and careless. Requested a solution and only solution they provided was free drink??? Not acceptable.
