The breakfast was always sort of dwindling and empty. The more popular items were not refilled. It was hard to find someone who attended the breakfast area. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Within walking distance to many shops and restaura

Hotel was clean and in a great location right in the heart of Chinatown. Staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Small and clean.

We stayed on the 9th floor and it was very quiet. Clean room and bathrooms had newer flooring and tile. More Chinatown than Soho. Very close to Little Italy and it you don't mind walking it is near the financial district. Subway lines nearby. I don't spend much time in my hotel when in NYC, so this was fine.

This hotel served us perfectly. The room was clean and comfy, the staff were kind, and the location was great. My only complaint (which really isn't much of a complaint) was that they don't offer valet parking. Other hotels I've stayed at in the neighbourhood will call someone to pick up and park your car for a fee, but there's tons of parking spots within spitting distance, so it's really not a problem (and cheaper) to do it yourself.

Chinatown Central

Nice hotel in the HEART of Chinatown. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was of good size, complimentary breakfast (didn't take advantage of it though). Only downside was ironing board was old and pathetic, but this did not weigh in any of my ratings.

Easy, clean, accommodating

One night stay in an area close to all of downtown manhattan. The subway was a 4 minute walk away and South Seaport was just a 15 minute walk. Great service, accomodating staff.

Diamond in the Rough

While a bit of a rocky start (making my way through the throngs of passengers awaiting their bus), the hotel itself proved to be a real diamond in the rough. With coffee making options in the room, complimentary breakfast, and a spacious room, I was perfectly content with my accommodations and would absolutely stay there again.
