Great location!

This hotel is in a great location. You walk out the door and can see Grand Central Station down the street. How fantastic is that!? The hotel itself is clean but a little beaten up around the edges. Nothing that really matters though. We had a king room on the 12th floor and I had absolutely no complaints. It's actually one of the nicest New York rooms I've ever stayed in at this price point. The furnishings are modern and cool. The bathroom is spacious by New York hotel rooms standards. The bed was super comfy and comparable to a Westin bed. The staff were helpful and friendly. A special shout out to one of the doormen who helped me with my Uber booking. He knew that Uber maps the location as 68 Park Ave. However 68 Park Ave doesn't exist. Very helpful! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is great with easy access to grand central and 3rd avenue restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed and the view was nice.
Overall my experience has been really great. The hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. My room was clean and there was no noise on the 10th floor. I highly recommend for travelers who don't require a massive lobby seating or bar/restaurant to enjoy their experience.

Great hotel with the friendliest of staff

Fantastic location. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Lack of tea/coffee facilities disappointing. You can request a coffee machine however they supply powdered milk only and no tea bags - you have to buy these yourself.

In the middle of action

My stay was ok, the price was a bargain, yet they need to work on three points, carpets cleaning or replacement, to have a restaurant so we can place orders when needed, try to reduce noise coming from outside and inside from the corridors and the neighbor room.

Room wasn't as clean as expected for 4 star. Also for a room with two double beds it wasn't particularly spacious. No coffee or tea available in room either. However, very cosy and comfy beds. Plus a great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Bit of a let down.

Had an ok stay in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to go to Starbucks for coffee every morning as there was no facilities whatsoever for tea and cofree. (Let down) also the bar was under refurbishment and we wasn't notified so couldn't have a drink only when we was out. Thankfully was wasn't in very much. If the facilities were to improve I would return.

Cool hotel near Grand Cenral Station

Over all it was a great experience. I drank an $8 bottle of water by accident, but other than that it was awesome.
