Hotel is located in a noisy area with lots of warehouses and car dealerships and loading docks nearby. I was up most of the night listening to loud noises and voices outside. There was a completely broken knob in my shower (which also had very low water pressure), the shower floor tile had big cracks in it, the room carpet was stained, and there was no desk to work at. Very disappointed, especially relative to the price and the pictures in the listing.

Stayed the night here. Flew in very late with some travel delays. Called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in at 1am. They were welcoming and kind when we arrived with two tired kids. Saved our room and checked us in very fast. The room was clean. Clean white bedding and linens. Plenty and enough for the 4 of us. Extra pillows as well. Room was nice and warm. We will stay here again.

Every single person that works at Ink48 is amazing. Print is amazing, and so is the coffee in the morning. I loooove this hotel. Large room, always smells nice, kind people. Low key but luxe. Looking forward to my next stay!!

Hotel and room were very clean, room is very large and bed very comfortable. However unfortunately we had a very bad check-in experience with one of the hotel staff. It is sad that i had to base this review on that receptionist behavior (i wish i have taken his name!). He was completely unprofessional (to save al the details) though i had a VIP silver access that i spent an hour on the phone with the reception to get it reflected on the invoice! He was not listening at all to what i was trying to explain...anyway that's the kind of marking unprofessional behavior you tend to retain and make a point to share in these comments. too sad. The rest of the personal was very nice, Kareem at the entrance, cleaners, other receptionist,etc... There is no coffee machine in the room, nor in the lobby :(. More importantly, there is a kind of 'unsonorized' disco just across the street which made our night very short the 2 nights we stayed there.
